I have a similar issue. They did send the product, but I need to exchange it. I have been trying to contact them, but am not receiving a response. Is there anyone over there?

never ever buy from the ribbon spot or lone star ribbon.
they take your money and do not deliver the product.
they do not answer any emails or phone calls.
they do not respond at all.
they cheat you and there are complaints abount them with the bbb (better business bureau of dallas)
