The Float Spot

I love, love, love this place. It’s so clean and peaceful, and the staff is super friendly. I don’t know which I like more, the hydro massage or the isopod. The isopod closes over you, like a big egg. It’s huge! You don’t have to close the lid, and if you do there are ambient lights inside. Otherwise you could be like me and wrap yourself in complete darkness, and listen to the gentle music that’s piped in. It’s so relaxing, it’s definitely worth it to treat yourself! Can’t wait to go back!

I was so excited to try out the new Float Spot in Flower Mound today, and I am so happy that I did! It is unlike any spa experience that I have had before. The massage is incredible! It uses computer programmed water jets to work on sore muscles, but you are fully clothed and don’t get wet. You have control of the machine, so you can tell it to concentrate on areas that need extra work, and you never have to worry about the pressure not being strong enough. The float experience was so relaxing! You are in a private room and float chamber, where your body literally floats weightlessly in a tank of salt water. This time I only did the ‘recess’ float for 20 minutes, which was a great pick-​me-​up for the middle of the day. A great way to reset your mind and body! This is a family-​run business, and you can feel that the pride and positive energy they have invested in this spa makes the service and the whole experience exceptional! I highly recommend trying it out!
