Purchased a new adjustable bed on Saturday afternoon hoping for delivery on Sunday the next day and it was with no problem and we received our delivery on time and the old mattress was hauled off. Could not get the big competitor to even get close and the price was higher. Will definitely recommend Mattress Firm to others.

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from this store.
I went to the store over the Memorial Day weekend to take advantage of the sale.
The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I bought a mattress/​box spring and a frame then signed up for the delivery.
A couple of days later, I received a call from the store to tell me that there was an inventory glitch but not to worry because I would receive the next higher quality mattress free of charge.
Wow! It’s rare to hear a retail business do that these days!
The staff were dead on about the type of mattress I should get. The sleep app on my iPhone says that I’ve never slept better!
