Doesn’t listen to you. You have to basically beg them for test results and they’re unresponsive.

We recently went here for my husband, after being very unhappy with the first family practice doctor that we went to Dr. Jack Wright. My husband was having non-​specific symptoms that would indicate the necessity for an MRI. This office fit us in quickly, really listened to everything that we said and problems that we described, and immediately set us up to have an MRI ASAP. Also, once the MRI was performed at around 4pm in the afternoon, they called us early the very next morning to deliver the results and relieve our fears that it was anything incredibly serious (turned out to be a bulging disk, but not anything life threatening).
This doctor was such a welcome relief after our experience with Dr. Jack Wright, but just in general I appreciated their compassion, willingness to listen, and then immediate feedback.
