If you need an honest appliance repair guy in the north Dallas area, then you should give JB Appliances a call. Arnie at JB was on time and fixed the problem quickly. Our three year old washing machine was acting up and needed some tlc. Arnie came out after hours (6:00 pm) and had us up in running in 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company.

Broken washing machine on laundry day! With a daughter on her way home from a backpacking trip, and laundry piling up fast, I was DESPERATE to get it running in a hurry, and Arnie came out the SAME DAY. I was amazed. He knew exactly what was wrong from my description over the phone, picked up the part on the way, and fixed it in less than an hour. What a guy!

I can not begin to tell you what a great experience we had with Arnie and JB Appliance. Our 5 year old Samsung dryer quit heating and after one call to JB’s Appliance, Arnie was out that day, stayed late and fixed it. There are not many appliance repair companies who will work on Samsung that are good, reasonable, and more importantly reliable and honest.
He primarily works on washer/​dryers I believe but he’s now my GO TO GUY for washer/​dryer repair. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Great Service! Great Price! My 8 year old dryer stopped heating a couple weeks before Thanksgiving in ’13. I called and they came out in a couple days. The heating element had gone out. They replaced it and offered me the 5 year service kit which replaces belts, seals, etc., and I agreed because the dryer was «squealing» when it was running. They also got the pennies and guitar picks out from being stuck under one of the arms in the drum. They also cleaned out the dryer really well. Total for everything was just $ 250.88…far better than having to purchase a new dryer right before the holidays. It’s almost March ’14 now and my dryer is still running smoothly and quietly. I’m very happy with this father/​son team!
