Jet’s Pizza

If you’ve never tried Jet’s deep dish pizza, you are missing out. This delicious pizza will have you hooked for life. The deep dish square corners… slightly crisp… loaded with cheese. well, you just have to taste it. Pizza heaven.

This is one of the highest rated pizza places that j haven’t tried so after reading though a lot of the reviews cautiously, as I take my pizza seriously, I am very pleased!!!
I was told this place was a lot like Little Ceasars, but that wasn’t the case at all. We were warmly welcomed and asked if it was our first time there (we probably looked confused, even if we were trying to hide it), then helped us order and walked us through how they did things and what they were all about.
We ended up ordering a veggie pizza with garlic crust and Cressy turbo bread. They have different style of crusts so as questions if needed but I found that keeping it simple with garlic or butter was best.
Seriously this place isn’t getting enough credit even with its great reviews… This place needs to be considered before your typical boring pizza place… Change it up and experience some flavor! So glad I gave this place a chance!

Huge shout out to Frank! He reached out to our church and donated more than enough salad, pizza, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks to feed a large army! He has earned my loyalty and business– this food is delicious!

Everyone in my family are huge fans of Jet’s. My husband and daughter like to customize an AllMeaty and I typically go for the Turbo Sticks.
Tonight we placed an order for carryout. It was a late dinner for us around 9 pm and I was in a hurry to get my kiddos fed and in bed. Even though the cashier showed me the pizza I didn’t notice that it was not made correctly until I got home. I made sure that I ordered the pizza correctly and I had so I called the store. A kind gentlemen answered the phone and I told him what happened. He asked if it was okay for him to place me on hold and came back on the phone and asked me what I wanted done to make it right and apologized for the inconvenience.
Even though a mistake was made they apologized for any problem it may have caused me and made the situation right. Customer service like this is a rarity these days and very much appreciated. We will without a doubt continue to order our pizzas at Jet’s. :)

It’s greasy, good pizza. Not the best pizza I’ve had but for the price it’s amazing. Lots of different crust options that my family can choose and they deliver pretty far into Flower Mound. Give them 5 stars for quality/​price ratio.

8 Corner pizza is a thing of beauty really unbelievable best pizza in town I ordered thin crust and it came slightly cold and not that crispy overall fast service good product.
Also has a really good selection of salad Greek is really good I found

Whaaaaaat? Shut up and take my money!
I bought a group on for this. So I spent like $ 10 and it got me an 8 corner pizza and a jetzi (?) Italian sub. The sub was okay and on some flatbread kind of stuff but the pizza… shut your mouth that was so good. It reminded me of pizza from up north. Not Oklahoma up north but Chicago up north! Yummmmmy.
It wasn’t the least bit flavorless like I read about in other reviews and I don’t order pizza often and now I am in trouble of doing so more often. As far as prices go, the price was very comparable to other pizza places. In fact I do not feel like it was as expensive as Papa John’s. Called in my order and it was ready in 20 minutes. The employee who helped me take my order on the phone, his name was Chris R.
He was extremely patient and did not rush me so to get off the phone or sound disinterested and irritated like the other local pizza places. He was very helpful and super nice super nice.

Mediocre, which it isn’t! I’d be going back just because the customer service was so good.

I like some good crust and this place has it! Get the 8 piece thing and enjoy! Fresh ingredients and well prepared. If they are a little slow on delivery, it’s worth the wait.

I freaking loved their square, deep dish crust! It had a Cajun spice that added to the crisp, thick, deliciousness that is their crust.
The restaurant itself is small. We planned to eat inside, but there are no tables. It’s only Togo so call ahead and save yourself some time. There is a large menu with many different types of crusts and pizzas.
The staff was nice and helpful. He said that their square crust is what they are most know for so that’s what we ordered, and that was a wise and wonderful choice.
The pizza was huge! Decent price. Again, the crust was so good. Even the bottom of the pizza was crispy and the sides and corners were awesome. I just want to eat crust by itself! The pizza had a lot of toppings which was nice. We asked for easy cheese, but there was still a lot of cheese on it. Really good pizza.
The only negative is that they used canned mushrooms for some reason. Not sure why they wouldn’t use fresh.
Anyways, good pizza, amazing crust. You should try it and save your crust for me.

Just ordered a NY large style pizza and a chef salad. They had it ready super fast but when I brought it home the «NY style large» pizza looked no different from a pizza Hut medium… it was only a 13″. I called them in hopes that I mistakenly picked up the wrong pizza but no they informed me a NY style was in fact this size… sorely disappointed and will not be ordering from there again. Especially since it was obviously overcooked. Our jaws were actually tired of chewing. The salad was decent until I got a chunk of lettuce where the center tasted like dirt. Nor a happy customer :-(

Being from Chicago it’s tough to please me with pizza, but these guys did it. It’s not Chicago pizza, mind you, but it’s darn good pizza in its own right. Very fresh and flavorful, I will certainly return, and recommend to friends. It’s not a dine-​in place. Carryout only.

I love Jet’s! I’ve only ever ordered deep dish square pizza, but it’s always delicious. They offer a lot of ways to personalize, not just toppings but crusts as well. They do a good job of predicting wait times if you carry out/​order in person. I will continue coming to Jet’s because of the exceptional customer service! Here, they will remember you and build relationships (ask about your day, etc) with you. The managers and staff are awesome! They’re never too busy to care about your concerns.

It is nearly impossible to get a 5 star from me but they impressed me from the get go. Friendly and jumped right to the counter when I walked in the door. Offered me their doscount program, entered me in a contest and got my order placed. 15 minutes later the girl came to the front with my order opening each box to ensure it was all right. The jet sticks were good. The 8 corner pizza was great and I don’t even like deep dish pizza. The new york style wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for as New York Pizza but it was very good nonetheless

Frustrating online ordering process if you have a coupon. The coupons did not have a code to enter the offer when ordering. I called the FM location and spoke with the person who said they would take care of it upon pickup. I explained my spouse would be picking up and did not have the coupon in hand. Again he said they would take care of it when the order was picked up so I proceeded with the order online and paid for it as it was the only way to complete the transaction so the order would be ready when she got there. Long story short, the person would not honor the discount when it was picked up. WTF. You say one thing and then do the opposite.
Not going to review the pizza because upon hearing how the transaction was handled it didn’t matter about the pizza. It sucked at that point.
I’ll give every other place in the area a try and try them again before going back to Jets. Poorly handled customer service.

I seriously don’t understand where all these reviews are coming from about this pizza being so AMAZING this pizza is flavorless. Go to little ceasers before coming here. This pizza is not worth the money even the wings are nasty. The only positive thing I can say is the delivery guy arrived super fast and was very friendly but other than that this pizza sucks!

I’m not s big pizza fan but this pizza is delicious! Can’t wait to try other stuff on the menu. I just got a pepperoni deep pan extra cheese today. Yummy!!!

I defiantly agree with the other reviews– the customer service is amazing! All employees were super friendly. They have a lunch combo, which comes with two square slices of deep dish pizza, either pepperoni or cheese, and a bottled drink for $ 5.00 even. The pizza was really good, it has a nice crispy bottom, and the flavors were awesome. I can’t speak enough about how great the employees are. After we ordered our pizza, we decided to get some cheese bread (Amazing!) and they offered to bring it outside where we were sitting when it was ready! This is now my go to place for a nice pizza lunch.

First time was in store, most of the employees greeted and suggested what to order from Jet’s and they did not get it wrong! Eventually the manager came out and even offered free dessert since it was our first time there!
Second time was an online order. Store manager called me on my personal phone, asked, and followed up on how my order was from the previous night and even offered other items on the house! The fact that the manager did a follow-​up phone call shows how much they really care about their customers!
Food: 4.5÷5
TURBO TURBO TURBO CRUST. I don’t care who you are, but deep dish turbo crust is ride or die! If you don’t get this, then you’re not living. I’ve ordered the large deep dish turbo crust with BOLD pepperoni (Don’t ask, just get it), italian sausage, pineapple, banana peppers, and jalapeños. I would eat this every day if carbs didn’t exist, but it’s about to be cut season, so I’ll resume during the winter time for bulk season.
I had to knock off a small amount due to pizza being a bit greasy/​oily. Something almost unavoidable when using cheese/​olive oil etc., but Jet’s still gets a ⁵⁄₅ overall from me.
It never hurts to ask about deals or offers at their location!

Having just moved out here from the Detroit area in March I can say I was excited to have them come to Flower Mound! I have to say that pizza out here wasn’t something I could find. At least a Detroit style pizza that is. All I found out here has been thin, weak NY style that was all rather bland.
I got the square with pepperoni, ham any mushrooms, like always, I and it was just as good as I remembered. Jet Bread was on point too.
I talked with the manager every time I’m in there briefly. Really cool guy that came out to TX to help open the store. Great person to talk with and he always makes sure people are treated right.
