Great customer service. Was walking through store and was able to ask for help without any problems or having to search for someone. Was leaving store and a young man was saying something. I thought he was talking to the other person next to me so I kept on walking. He flagged me down by the door just to ask me if I was finding things alright. What a great young man.

This is not the best Home Depot around, not anymore anyway. First of all, it’s very difficult to get into and of the shopping center. Very odd how they laid out the parking and the curving drive-ways, it’s just weird. Only 1 stop light for 20-some stores and restaurants at Halls Ferry and Lindbergh. Not well thought out. Second, this HD seems to be laid out differently than other locations. I can’t seem to find specific things here. Nothing seems to be where it should be. Third, some of the staff seems to care very little for customers.(I’m sure some are great, but I left before I could find any.) Several of us were nearly run over by an over-eager girl with a long flatbed of tiles. «Get out of the way!» she was shouting at all of us. And then, of course, there was a guy stocking some shelves and when he saw me walking toward him with a friendly smile and what was obviously going to be a question, looked right at me then walked away and left his stocking work for another time. No thanks! I prefer the Overland location at 170 and Page, 15 minutes away.

This is the best Home Depot in the area. Very friendly and helpful salespeople. Good selection.

Decent Home depot, what can I say. At least it is not like the one down the street, that one is really not great at all. Spend allot of money here.
