They sell expired dairy products(eggs). The«use by» date is September 7th, and today is September 12th. I was in there last week and told the cashier about the date getting close to expiring(two days), and she said she would tell the manager. This week, they put out MORE stock with the same(now EXPIRED) dates. When I asked to speak with the manager, the(same) cashier started arguing with me about the technicality of «sell by» dates versus«use by» dates. Seriously? Arguing with a customer that their store is right to be selling dairy products past the«use by» date? Either way, it is PASSED it’s peak acceptable quality date, and should NOT be sold. While many of us use products past the«use by» date at home, we do not PURCHASE them when they have already passed their«use by» date. I went to another store(NOT Walgreens) and purchased fresh eggs with a «use by» date of a month from now.
