I’ve had numerous issues with the iPhone 4S after ios7 upgrade. Three replacement phones later I decided to upgrade to the five. The employees went above and beyond spreading theirselves thin as always and I left happier than I was going in.
Thank you!!! I even was able to trade the 4s in for a case and a witless speaker :) GOOD Trade!!!

Terrible customer service.
Visited the store today. You have to «sign in» to et of the list. Waited Hal an hour. There was one customer being waited on and two name on the list. I was the second name. Several employees nor waiting on any body. Two customers walk in and go right up to the counter and get waited on. I asked the manager what was up with people not on the list getting served first. He lied and told me they had been there an hour. That simply was not true. I saw them walk in long after I signed in. I will do my best to avoid going there. Perhaps a Verizon reseller would be more interested in my business.
