I was visiting my parents over the summer and suddenly got the urge for a drastic change. Since they live in a tiny town, I was going to have to drive to the next decent sized small town to find a salon that didn’t style mullets. I found The Salon and I found Dianna. It was fate… no other way to describe it. I’ve lived in Richmond for 4 years and haven’t found a decent salon, and here I was near the place I grew up in a fabulously chic place surrounded by friendly, well-trained stylists. My hair was nearly to my elbows and the sun had turned it some weird orange-blonde mess. Dianna transformed my mess into a sleek blonde bob that strangers compliment constantly. I now plan my salon visits around my trips to visit my parents. The stylists do classes in New York and are surely the only salon in the area that does so. The price was extremely reasonable and I was very impressed with every aspect of the amazing service. I had a bit of trouble finding the address, so one of the girls literally ran outside and waved me down as I was on the phone with her getting directions. Right away I felt welcome and relaxed.
