Sonic Drive-In

They got part of our order wrong. Not a big deal though and it was quickly fixed. The best part about this place though is the super helpful young man on roller skates. While sitting here, our battery died. He brought his car over and jumped us to get us going.

Good food, they were fast friendly. The food was hot and fresh. The Carhop was a little shy but was pleasant just not overly cheery as a waitress should be.

If I could less than one star I would… we were passing through town and we really were in the mood for some sonic drinks… we ordered a few burgers… none of them were correct. We ordered a double with mustard, ketchup, and mayo… it was wrong the first time so asked for it to be remade because it was only a single burger… and was not plain…40 minutes later we received to correct burger… he ate it but the cheese was not even melted… it was not warm. I really like sonic… but will think twice about stopping at this one again especially. The staff was not accommodating at all.

I am not a basher but If I could give them no stars I would. I love this chain but this particular one is worse than a Burger King.
I first got my order to go and they gave me the wrong meal. I was at home by the time I noticed so I ate what I got which was a horribly tasting dry chicken sandwich on dry sandwich bread. Went back a couple days later because I was craving one if their burgers, regretted that trip too! The burger was over cooked and Nasty! I wouldn’t recommend this location to a ex-​wife, might suggest trying the Union location.

Not just your typical fast food joint, Sonic offers an extensive, albeit mostly-​fried, menu and drive-​in service. Yep, you can drive into a spot with your own menu board, order, and have someone bring the food to your car.

The food is really good. The price is really good. The service isn’t always really good… but what can you expect when you’re dealing with fast food? That’s why I give it a 4 instead of a 5.
I fell in love with Sonic when I vacationed In North Carolina a few years back, back when we didn’t have one in the Northern Kentucky area. Soon after I got back, this one opened and I was really excited. The service however isn’t nearly as good. Also the menu isn’t as big, and it doesn’t stay open very late here, but in North Carolina it was open I believe all night, if not all night it was very close to it.
I think it’s interesting that they serve food, and a lot of different shakes/​icecreams/​smoothies. I also think it’s interesting that they let you park your car and a waitress comes out to your car. If you’re lucky enough she might even be wearing skates. That’s not too often though. Either way, this place is still really good, and definitely one of the best fast food restaurants around.
