If you’re looking for a hotel I Do Not Recommend staying at this one! Not only did I have issues with payment and employees running my card for $ 500+ because of errors and mistakes they made, then them not knowing that my card was ran because only managers are the ones suppose to run the payments is what they told me. but a regular employee thought it was okay to call my room and have someone else in my room to authorize and run another payment again on my card, so now we’re talking over $ 1,000 my card was ran for in the short stay I had at this hotel. Yes they refunded it after trying to act like it wasn’t there fault and making a bunch of lies and excuses I called the manager out on, he would tell me one thing then it was another. To make matters worse not only did the over charge my card too much, but it took a full week for the charges to be refunded then continued to charge me for the rest of my time there so not only did I over pay but I had to also wait for them to give me and release my funds back I was overcharged for! I know that people make mistakes and I’m not usually for writing bad reviews, but I also has a friend who stayed at this hotel before and he had the same horrible experience! It’s also pretty sad when you have an employee of this hotel complaining to me the customer. about the managers and other employees, basically this employee was complaining that I was lied to about the billing and the whole process because of there mistakes and over charging me this employee said this happens a lot. And it wasn’t until I got this information from this employee and truth that I was able to go down to the front desk and I had to tell them how they messed up and correct there mistakes they couldn’t figure out and finally after all that time and $ 1000 of over paying finally the lies stopped and the refund process stated! There are tons of great hotels other then this one to stay at in the area and honestly this hotel was over priced with horrible service! Like I said I’m not usually for writing bad reviews but trust me when I say this and took the time to write this bad review because that’s how bad of an experience I had, and other people had pretty close to the same horrible experience I had! So save your money and the headache now and stay as far from this hotel as you can! Sleeping in your car would be a better experience then what this hotel and management will do for you! DONOTSTAYATTHISHOTEL!!!

I love this hotel! Check in with simple, staff was friendly and breakfast was great. We were upgraded to a king suite and boy did we enjoy it! I love that this hotel had such a comfy bed with such modern décor. TV is great and the overall comfort level of the entire hotel is definitely up to par with our standards. We will stay here again in the future.

Under rated by others. Clean and newer. Pool. Work out and more. Nice staff. I would return for sure and I stay at many La Quinta(& others).

My family and I have stayed at another La Quinta and had a much better experience, but this location was seriously lacking in professionalism and service. My Mom made a reservation for the 5 of us(her, my 3 kids, and me) to stay in a single room. While most motels/hotels wouldn’t accommodate that set up, La Quinta said no problem. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. After driving from Western Missouri all day we were so looking forward to a bed when we arrived. My Mom called from the road to confirm that we were coming but we wouldn’t be there until about 1am. The girl on the phone said she would«try» to hold our room but she couldn’t promise. Ummmmmmm… what? This response did not inspire confidence. My Mom had to call their corporate offices because the girl said no manager was available to confirm we would be put up for the night. Just one night, by the way, was all we booked because we had more driving to do. The mysterious missing manager called us back to apologize and let us know we would have a room. When we arrived it was not the suite we booked with the pull out couch but just a regular 2 bed room. They claimed they let all the suites and they were sorry. My Mom insisted on something being done so they gave us a cot while telling us it was a fire hazard and they wouldn’t be responsible if anything happened. This was an all-around comedically bad experience and we were glad to leave it. I will say it’s a 2 star-er and not a 1 star-er just because the room was clean, the fridge was plugged in, and my bed bug check turned up nothing. The room was far too hot and it took a good while for the a/c to cool it down, though. I wouldn’t stay at this location again, but it hasn’t put me off trying a different La Quinta.

Loud guests making noise all night in the hall and their rooms. Lots of people moving around all day and night. Small workout room. I had 2 different rooms and had to plug in the fridge each time. Free breakfast. Mostly carbs. Kids love the waffle maker. Close to lots of chain restaurants.

Hair on the sheets and the room kinda smelled like feet. They also had down pillows with feathers poking out of them. I recommend bringing your own sheets and pillows, which, in my opinion, is always a good idea anyhow. Other guests were very noisy banging their doors(not the hotel’s fault though). Also, the side we were on had a VERY bright light in the parking lot shining directly on the building and into the windows. Had to fight with the curtains and finally use a hair clip on them to keep them shut enough to block most of it out. The staff was friendly though. Competitive rates and a decent free continental breakfast. Free Wi-Fi.
