Dropped off my Hoover Floormate before thanksgiving. I had a coupon for free estimate on repair but had to pay $ 59 which was to be deducted from repair costs. I called after New Year’s to see if it was fixed and was told «don’t call us, we’ll call you.» Waited 9 months and stopped by the store to see if I could pickup yet. Was told it was returned to Erlanger store and subsequently destroyed. The owner was supposed to call me back and work something out but never did. Don’t know how to leave less than 1 star.
