Wow. Stay away! Standing around 15 minutes waiting for help. Had no idea the girl standing NEXT to me was an employee! Never once did she stop texting or acknowledge me. I really thought she was a customer. They don’t have what their website said. Offered me something similar and said I would get 20% off to make the price comparable. When I agreed and started to check out they said I couldn’t have the discount unless I donated to a charity. Seriously, that is my experience.

I have been looking for a mattress for a couple of years. I wanted memory foam but with luxury and comfort. Mattresses can be extremely costly, but I found exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. Pennie, the store Manager was very helpful and the store was clean and easy to shop. If you are in need of appliances(small or large), mattresses, kitchen tables and chairs, this is the place.

I went in looking for a dishwasher for one of my rental properties with my wife. Met by a sales person, we shared with her what we needed. We walked over and found, what what we thought was a perfect fit. A 249.00 Amana, the sales person point blank said the new unit will only last 1 year, two years tops. We questioned her and she insisted one year max. My wife and I were appalled. My wife and I worked, when we were much younger at a Sears and never made such outlandish lies to upsell a product. We understand now why Sears is going out of business, if that is their new sales tactics. One star is more than I wanted to put.

Long story short: STAYAWAY!!! 1. TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE 2. Their products are NOT tested(I went through 5 washers before I got one right out of the box that worked: 2 Bosh washers, 3 Samsung washers and 1LG right out of the box) 3. THEYCHARGEDMEFOR3, yes 3 washers when I only got one(this still has not been fixed) It took over a month to get a working, deliverable washer, the store manager is unprofessional, rude and goes back on her word. It took a call to HER manager to get any kind of service. grab your blankey, turn on the lights, get your mommy on speed dial… I’m about to tell you a horror story. My washer broke. Friends of mine had just remodeled a home and bought all their appliances from sears outlet. Theirs was a good experience. I spent a long time picking out a washer on everything seemed fine. They have pictures for every singe appliance they have, it seemed like a well organized operation. Reviews online looked good for a particular Bosh so I went to the store. All was wonderful. I worked with one worker who was helpful, honest and somehow noticeably unhappy with his manager. I shrugged it off, heck, I just got a great deal, I was happy. Luckily I bought an extended 5 year washer so I wouldn’t have to deal with broken washers for a while. I had no idea what was to come. My boyfriend was able to stay at home for the ambiguously long window for delivery. The washer arrived. Our plumbing was off for some fixes so they weren’t able to test it when they delivered. When we got the water back on… the washer didn’t work. OK, OK, its an outlet sometimes these things happen. The warranty people were called, and they said it was likely the computer but they would have to wait a week or two for parts to come in before they could even tell us what was wrong. Not OK.(Washer #1) I called the store. They agreed to send me the other bosh washer that was on the store. They couldn’t have TWO lemons could they? The second Bosh came. This time it was tested on delivery. Didn’t work. It was sent right back on the truck along with the other one that didn’t work.(Washer #2) I came into the store and talked to the employee I originally worked with. He was awesome, and felt terrible that we had gone through this. He helped us pick out a swanky samsung and convinced his manager to take some $ off for our pain. We scheduled the delivery. My boyfriend again set aside the time for delivery. He got a call the day it was set to deliver that there were problems with the shipping bolts and couldn’t ship.(that’s washer # 3 Folks) He got another call from the store that they could give us a different washer. OK fine, send it. The shipping people noticed extreme scratches on the window and sent a pic to my boyfriend. It looked awful! The manager was trying to pawn off more defective washers on us so we said no.(Washer #4) Another washer was selected but that one had pinholes in the waste hose!(Washer #5) The situation was then elevated to the area manager. He told us to work directly with one particular assistant manager to get a washer that was literally just unwrapped. My boyfriend went to the store and literally inspected every inch of the machine and took pictures to ensure they didn’t do a switch on us again. We now have a working washer Whew, story over Wait a second… They STILL have not credited me for 2 of the 5 defective washers. NIGHTMARE!!! STAYAWAY, STAYFARFARAWAY!!!
