I was contacted by Jessica after leaving my last review. I think it’s only fair to update my recommendation. I initially left only 1 star for this company. The main problem came from the manager — she has a real problem with telling the truth — but in the end I was left with only part of what I paid for. Jessica took care of all of that and I’m happy to say that everything has been resolved. I’m certainly not happy with the journey but I am satisfied with the result. Jessica proves that her company does care and I’m happy to amend my initial review.

I have progressive lens. Not thrilled at all with the final product. After several tries to get them right (many weeks of going back and forth and waiting for corrections), I’ve finally given up and have settled for less than optimal glasses. I would not recommend Americas Best for complicated prescriptions.
