Had them quote a Lennox inducer motor and they came back w $ 395.00 for the part only. I called around to find everyone else that is an authorized Lennox Dealer quoted between $ 189-​$ 250-​part only. They are virtually double! Stay clear!

I would give 10 Stars if I could! The customer service rep that answered the call was very polite and understanding. They called when they said they would, the serviceman arrived when they said he would which is amazing in itself. The serviceman, James was very informative and very polite and walked me through the entire troubleshooting process. James repaired everything and then cleaned up after he was done. Once again I would highly recommend Terry Allen!

I have used Terry Allen several times in the past for heating and cooling services. Never had a problem. Recently used them for plumbing services and was extremely disappointed. I was charged $ 430 to have my kitchen faucet replaced for a leak. The technician indicated several things were being replaced under the sink but after the job was done I asked him what was replaced. It turns out it was just the faucet. The invoice that was emailed to me did not include a breakdown of the charges. When I called to ask for a breakdown of the charges I was told they don’t do that. So I asked for a confirmation of the charge for the faucet. Was told it was $ 193. I sent two emails so far asking for a confirmation that I was charged $ 237 for 1 hour of labor. They have ignored both requests.
Terry Allen has proven to me they are not willing to clarify or justify their charges. I guess even they know I was overcharged or they would have no problem responding. It’s a shame because I have been a good customer and always recommended them to friends. Not any more. My business is now going to Blessing Company Plumbing and Heating in Grand Blanc.

Recently, after a heavy downpour our sump pump died. The backup pump was gushing water that was pouring next to the wall outside the house. It had been installed incorrectly by the builder. It should have been tied into the tile system that flows away from the house. Instead, the water was building up pressure against the house, putting the integrity of the wall at risk. Chris, from Terry Allen came that Thursday late at night. He fixed the way the water flowed outside so that it was connected properly, and replaced the auxiliary pump. He didn’t have a main sump pump in his van, and it would be a hefty additional cost to get one that night. And, because we had an appointment early the next morning, Chris offered to came very early in the morning to replace the main pump so that we would not miss our appointment. He went out of his way to be accommodating. The job that he did was top notch, and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the pumps with better quality pumps and made sure that they were set up properly and that the connections outside the house were done right. Would not hesitate to call on Terry Allen again in the future.
