I’ve been to this store many times and every time I wait patiently for over an hour with no store associate to ask if I’m being helped. I see multiple associates busy but if there is a line which is being used for serving customers is definitely not First In First Out. I’ve been to other stores and the service is definitely a night and day difference. If your looking for customer service or quick turn around stay clear of this store.

Worst experience ever! I told the customer service person what my issue was with the product and he just walked away. He acted like I was the idiot when he was the idiot. I don’t know if it’s just this Verizon store but they have never been very customer oriented.

After attempts at other Verizon stores were unsuccessful to resolve my problem, Hope at the Flemington location was most helpful, kind and compassionate. She really showed true customer service. I will make sure to go back to this location when I have to renew my contract. These days customer service is lacking in most places.

They seemed to have decided to put it in through our bank instead of a check and it happened pretty quickly. So I gave them a better review. Still very busy and hectic, and if that commercial about them charging you for going over your data is true = total rip off. I’ve wasted hundreds of dollars and lots of stress trying to pay these kind of «sneaky» fees off in the past. Just get a touch screen pad(I Pad) and use Wi-Fi. We werent met to browse the internet 24 – 7 that = greed. It’s also dangerous. Read the book Disconnect!!!
