I wasn’t too impressed with this UPS store. The first time I called in they were very friendly and sent the documentation I needed over right away. I resent the documentation and waited a couple days with no response. I called them back and they said they were just waiting to finalize it. It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard back. I figured the process just took that long. The business I needed was urgent though, so I decided to try another UPS store in Flagstaff to see if I could expedite the process. They took care of everything I needed that day.

Great service and very attentive. Also allows you to drop off USPS packages for pickup which is a nice perk-​especially in Flagstaff where there are only 2 post offices and neither is super convenient. Will definitely be visiting again for all my shipping needs.

Best customer service I have had in a while. They stayed open an extra 5 minutes in order to assist me.
Mike and Mary, the people who helped me, were polite, friendly, and knew how to give good customer service.
I will keep coming back to this UPS store for my office supply and shipping needs.
