Stanley Steemer

I called Stanley Steemer for a few reasons. A friend of mine uses them for carpet services, but I decided to have my carpets cleaned (pets & kids) as well as my air ducts, tile and grout. I was very pleased with all their services. My floors were so ugly & dirty. Now they look brand new and they were able to change my grout color! I was so happy with the results. My carpet get a lot of foot traffic and they were starting to smell. They did a great job restoring them and now they look great. My son has allergies so I get our air ducts cleaned. (I tried a few other businesses and I was not pleased)
I was happy they were ready to roll when they arrived and they got several jobs done in an efficient, professional manner. What can I says they did an exceptional job and I will be using them again in the future. I will be highly recommending them to my friends, family and clients.

I decided to give them a try since I had a coupoun — they were waaaaay cheaper than Spotts in town was (two rooms and a set of stairs for $ 115 vs. $ 200). I have to say though, that it had to be done twice — the first set of men came and did an awful rush job — in and out of my house in 20 mins and alot of staining still left! Needless to say, even though I didn’t pay alot I still thought they could have done a much better job. So, I called the next day and told them I was not happy at all — they scheduled a «re-​do» — no questions asked which shocked me. So the next day another crew came, and stayed much longer and did the job right — he agreed that they others did a half a$$ed job and would be reprimanded for it. So, now the carpet looks great and I was happy I didn’t get any hassle whatsoever about them having to come back.
