We chose Northern Arizona Restoration to check out a carpet discoloration for potential black mold problem.
The technician was friendly and knowledgable. After extensive testing he told us we didn’t have a mold problem (what a relief). Nice to work with such an honest and helpful company.

We had work done by them and they were prompt, thorough and professional. Also no mess left behind.
Months later I called them on behalf of a friend who was having trouble with a mold issue in a rental situation. They called my friend and talked her through the best way forward for her, even though she had no money for remediation. Truly a service based business.

I’ve worked with dozens of contractors over the years, Northern Arizona Restoration is the only one to harass both my employees and my residents. They said they would fire them, however they did not. Beware of these guys if you have girls around. We had to call the cops and file a report.

We honestly can’t thank you enough for all that you have done for us. To have our house flood twice within 2 months was devastating, but you all made it manageable. Nick, thank you for taking the time to come out on a Saturday (in your suit) and help get our house drying out. Ryan, your continued efforts to make everything right definitely made us feel more at ease. Knowing that we were in good hands was a good feeling in the midst of a lot of bad ones. You all don’t know how much it meant to us that you made it to our house so quickly each time. It didn’t go unnoticed, and we truly appreciated it. Our pipe leaks might be small compared to some of the other jobs that you have done, but just as disruptive and it was nice to know we are not just ‘small peas’ that are blown off for the bigger jobs.
You have a great crew and we were happy to have you lend a hand when we needed it. You guys are definitely the best restoration company in all of northern Arizona!
