I had problems with one inexperienced and untrained technician. Needed to move some furniture and they sent one tech.
He sprayed over our floor heating vents and our couches were left sitting in carpet cleaning fluid without foam pads causing the wood stain on the couch legs to stain our white carpet.
I’ve used Rainbow in Flagstaff several times over the past ten years and this was my first problem with their service. They’ve lost me as a customer.
Manager responded to my issues in a timely fashion and attempted to resolve the problem. Good response.
