1st class family venue. Excellent food prepared right and quickly. Outstanding service, fair prices. A real asset to Flagstaff. Highly recommended whether you are a resident or just passing through, this is the place for a quick excellent meal. Favorites are many, salads, chicken noodle soup, any of the chicken sandwiches, and they serve great coffee with breakfast. The biscuits combined with chicken or sausage and eggs or the breakfast burrito are a great way to start your morning. Highly recommend !!!

A few weeks ago I finally tried the Chick-​fil-​A on south Milton. As a long time vegetarian, I don’t usually frequent places dedicated to meat, or in this case, chicken, but I wanted a snack and heard that their shakes are pretty good. I had some waffle fries and a shake. Both were delicious. Their Chick-​fil-​A dipping sauce is wonderful, and I keep going back for more of their waffle fries and Chick-​fil-​A dipping sauce. Yum. The staff is super nice and polite every time, and I noticed that they were packed, while other restaurants that I drove by had only a few cars in their parking lots. Apparently word gets around. I just wish they’d sell that sauce in jars.

The staff is awful, rude & inconsiderate, the rolling of the eyes when asking for sauce & the all over attitude, I’m so thankful that our chick-​fil-​a in Phoenix show their love of Christ in their attitude!

Excellent. I am a local who eats here way more than I probably should. Consistently good food and fast, friendly service. Management is impressive. Always bummed when I forget they are closed Sundays, but kudos for the reason. Wish there was a couple more of them in town.

Everything was wonderful eating healthy switch the fruit cup to a salad with the grilled chicken sandwich and unsweetened black tea we had a shake ordered for dessert with a cherry on top of whipped cream looked classic I’ll definitely be back for a strawberry one!

Stopped here while traveling across the country and was treated to incredible service. I had to wait maybe 5 minutes longer than my traveling companions to receive my food and as it was brought to my table I was also gifted a coupon for my wait as well as utensils and mints. Exceptional!

living in vegas we are totally deprived of the best chicken sandwiches on earth, aka the ‘chick-​fil-​a’ original chicken sandwich… so, when travelling we are always sure to scope one out and enjoy a few :) today our travels led us to the fairly new location here in flagstaff, az. the place and staff are welcoming, efficient and friendly. the food is served fast, hot and deliciously seasoned!!! we got our usual, chicken sandwiches n waffle fries. theyve got salads n nuggets n other variations of the o.g. sandwich, but we stick to what we know ;)

Unbelievable how polite, friendly and enthusiastic the employees of this Chick fil e is. This is my first time eating at one, and I was blown away. BTW the cob salad was terrific too.

Was passing through Flagstaff and needed to grab a bite so I stopped at Chick-​fil-​A. The food was exactly as expected, tasty and filling, but it was the service that was remarkable during this visit.
I placed my order and went to my wallet to pull out the charge card only to find it it was not there. I looked at the cashier, Ashleigh, in semi terror wondering where my card was. I left the counter and ran to the car to begin my search. Moments later, Ashleigh came to my car and presented my lunch, telling me that she was sorry that I had lost my card and lunch was «on us».
Ultimately, I found my card and reentered to pay… They would have none of that and told me that it was taken care of.
As a business traveler, I eat out often. This was the first time I’ve ever encountered such kindness and good karma! thank you Ashleigh and thank you Chick-​fil-​A

World class customer service! They know how to pick and train employees to be nice and polite. The restaurants are always clean, the employees will bring your food to you! The spicy chicken sandwich is my staple with that bomb a¥¥ lemonade. I’ve tried other things and have not been disappointed as of this review. Only concern with this location is the small parking lot and the sheer number of fellow patrons via for their moment in the drive thru, helping us all learn and practice patience.

At long last I have experience the Chik-​fil-​a. Living in the dearth of Las Vegas, I have not had a change to eat the almighty chicken sandwich that is served.
My husband and I ate here after a long trip to the Grand Canyon and then down to Flagstaff to stay for the night. Not wanting to take the time to sit down somewhere we decided on Chik-​fil-​a.
I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo. It comes with waffle fries, which was like, WHOA waffle fries, and I was quite amused and I dipped them in Ranch dressing cuz I am a classy broad.
Onto the sandwich, not nearly spicy enough for my liking. It was just slathered with a sauce. I picked out the wilted lettuce and the icky tomato. I left the pickles, which were, um like pickles.
Anyway, I would rather go to Cane’s. The End.

I always get the Original Chicken sandwich and drown it with Mayonnaise and some chicken nuggets. My husband likes the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the Waffle fries.
My dog likes it all! Outside patio is dog friendly.

I always love my trips here. The only thing that’s is better than the food, is the customer service. They always have a clean and friendly atmosphere. The first time I tried it, I wasn’t all that impressed… I mean. It’s just chicken right? But upon my second visit I decided to try out the menu and order things other than a #1. I instantly was hooked. So much in fact, that I requested coming here for Valentine’s Day this year. I love the quality of food and taste. My favorites on the menu are the chicken salad sandwich, the #2, the waffle fries, lemonade and the iced coffee.

Stopped by here for lunch on the way to the Riordan Mansion. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. I have a soft spot for their chicken. They make it the way my mom did. I would swear that they have her secret recipe.
Parking is easy and they even have a play area for the kids.

It’s as though Chick Fil A fell out of the sky just for me!
After driving 6.5 hours on my road trip I was salivating and lo and behold there was chick fil a. The perfect pick me up for the trail end of my trip.
There were three or four attendees at the counter who all greeted me with a cheerful hello. I placed my order, used the ladies room (very clean and well stocked) and returned to grab my food and go.
The grilled chicken sandwich with a large fry was just as tasty as always!
*You have got to try their chocolate chip cookies, they are truly amazing!

Love their spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets. I get the honey mustard sauce and mix it with the packets of hot sauce — VIOLA! Louisiana hot sauce. Love this place!
