The food was amazing. I had the build your dinner option. Picked wahoo, asiago potatoes and the portebllo, tomatoe and asparagus salad. So yummy. Don’t leave without getting their famous crème Brule! All i can say is yummy.

Great dinner! We were greeted with clam dip and homemade chips(both amazing). I had the blackened shrimp, sautéed green beans and Asiago potatoes. Everything was fresh & cooked to order. Want a great seafood lunch/dinner, stop by and enjoy.

HELLADELISH!!! Fried cod with fried butter. noodles and sautéed spinach… so simple yet so good. They don’t do too much but cook food to perfection. It’s so good the employees come back to eat here.

Everything was just great. Fresh and tasty. Excellent service. It gets busy, even on a Tuesday. The portions were good and presentation was impressive. Lots of choices and recommendations from the server.

Saw great reviews before coming but place is just ok. Grilled swordfish was good but was exactly that… grilled swordfish. If you don’t mess up grilling it, it isn’t genius work. Appetizers(fried clams, smoked fish dip, lobster bisque) were just ok. Prices for fish were on par with $$$ restaurants but reality is very basic. Not bad but definitely no more than at best.

This is one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. I got the shrimp and grits sandwich. Yum! Every part of this masterpiece was delicious. My daughter had the shrimp cocktail. They were large good quality prawns. The sauces were all made in house and very good. My husband got the fried seafood appetizer. It was very good also. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Had dinner with my wife. Sautéed red snapper for me, amberjack for my wife. Fish was ok, but nothing to bring me back. Wife’s gnocchi was really good, so that worked. Meal complete, the server brings the check, looks at my wife and says«You didn’t eat all your food, so I figured you wouldn’t want dessert.» Um, maybe that’s why she didn’t eat it all. Saved $ on dessert, probably cost the server a better tip. So, probably won’t be going back.

Where to begin. The chips and dip they give you are insane. They actually mix all the left over filets of fish to make it which is so cool! My Grouper was so fresh and delicious. What a great spot! Totally coming back!

Unbelievably fresh seafood. They tell you which fish just come in off the boat, never frozen. The vegetables and salads to die for. Vanessa was amazing. She managed all the tables and people with a smile. The absolute best seafood restaurant I have ever been in!

Always love to eat here. Fresh fish is great, wonderful fish tacos and you can’t beat the peanut butter brownie for dessert.

This is our favorite seafood place to eat. Don’t let the name fool you. There is a showcase where you can buy fresh fish and seafood brought in twice a day. It also serves some of the very best fish and seafood dishes around. We think the seafood is very very good. All the sides are made daily so everything is fresh and good tasting

I am really happy we chose to come here. Standing room only we had to wait for a seat. It was a cool, beautiful spring evening so we sat outside. We were given complimentary homemade chips and fish spread. The fish spread lacked consistency and was a bit runny. However, the white fish chowder was the best cream chowder I’ve ever had. It was full of local fish and shellfish. The main entrée, a sautéed Ruby Red Trout, was light and delicious. Absolutely full of flavor, cooked in butter with tomatoes and parsley. The price was right and the restaurant staff courteous.

Great meal. We both ordered the local shrimp dinner. The shrimp were large, cooked in a broth with chopped tomatoes and wonderfully seasoned. The serving was a half pound, which was about 8 or 9 shrimp. My sides were Asiago potatoes and asparagus with a sauce. They were both small portions but excellent flavor. My wife’s were a side salad, which was average with a good house dressing and marinated portabella mushrooms, asparagus and tomatoes. Again this was a small portion but excellent. The atmosphere was good, casual, and beachy. The dinners were $ 20.

Average. I had the crab cakes app and they had a good flavor but were very wet and tasted very much like the fish dip they provided with the chips when I was seated. I had the special which was wahoo over a black bean purée with corn salsa. Again, good flavor but the wahoo was over cooked and dry. If not for the the bean purée and salsa it would have been difficult to swallow without copious amounts of water. The service was great.

The food was good, though everyone was having serving issues. Mistakes in bills, forgotten drinks, wrong orders. The staff was working hard, but was overwhelmed I guess. I had a 45 minutes wait. The place is very casual, so I’ll overlook some service issues with the tasty fresh fish carrying the day.

My husband and I love this place. When we visit his mom in Florida we insist on coming here for at least one meal. We even came here for breakfast on a Friday. Most days they start serving 11, Fridays they start at 10. The seafood here is just so fresh and we can’t find some of Flagler’s fishes in New York. We were recommended the asiago potatoes as a side and we’ve been ordering them ever since: baked potatoes that have been slightly hollowed out to accommodate the pesto and cheese. My mother-in-law stays clear of these because of their obvious calorie overload. More for me then! I ordered their surf and turf because I was craving beef. They recommended their filet mignon and though it wasn’t cheap, it was as the server promised, fresh and delicious. Really the best filet mignon I’ve had. So, beef lovers need not fear visiting this seafood joint.

I love places like this. Seafood is fresh(waiter said it was delivered twice daily) and they care about how it’s prepared. The atmosphere is hole in the wall, but clean. And they have a good selection of craft beer and wine. We had a variety of fresh fish and wild caught shrimp. Everything came out fresh(although it did take some time) and the waiter was very good with suggestions on preparations and sauces. This is a definite must try if you’re into fresh seafood. This may be our go-to place for seafood from now on… even if we have to drive over an hour.

After leaving the Daytona 200, we decided to take a road trip up the coastline and as we arrived in Flagler Beach, we chose Flagler Fish Company based on a review from my Unilocal friend Dave O! Dave was on the money, this place delivered fresh seafood and terrific service. As you walk up to the restaurant, it doesn’t look like much but I’ve learned not to judge a book by it’s cover. I would describe this place as homey, informal and fetching. They are serving seafood that rival most high end restaurants but without the premium price. We decided to sit outside because it was a beautiful afternoon and there was a nice ocean breeze present. We were greeted and our server brought out some homemade chips that were irresistible. We reviewed their menu and this restaurant has a very large selection of fresh fish. Inside the restaurant, they have their fish selection on display as well as a large tank filled with lobsters. My wife decided to go with the King Crab Legs and I chose the 2LB Lobster. When you order the lobster, they ask you whether you want one over or under 1.5 lbs, my answer will always be over! I usually don’t eat salad but this Caesar salad was one of the best I’ve ever had. My 5 year old son is a very picky eater and he devoured a adult size bowl of salad which means it had to have been good! Our entrees arrived and I’ll get right to the point, you get what you pay for. My lobster was steamed to perfection and my wife had no complaints about the freshness of the crab. We couldn’t skip dessert because that would just be unholy for me so we chose the Crème Brulee. Looking back now, I should have ordered the Fried Twinkie as well but now I have something to look forward to for next time! The Crème Brulee was served perfectly and the custard was rich and flavorful. Some of the other options for dessert included a Chocolate Rum Cake, Banana Bread French Toast(which sounds really enticing!) and Caylee’s Jumbo Peanut Butter Brownie. Service was top notch. When we arrived, most of the tables outside had guests and there was only one waitress but she handled all the tables in a timely fashion and the key for me was, she did it with a great attitude and a constant smile. Towards the end of our meal, more servers arrived and that took some of the stress of her but she did a fantastic job. I wish I could find my receipt to give her credit by name but I can’t find it. I overheard some of the other servers at other tables and they definitely knew how to sell the menu and give recommendations based on people’s likes. Flagler Fish Company is located in Flagler Beach at the corner of S. Daytona & S. 2nd Street and it’s within walking distance of A1A and the beach. If you’re in the area… in the mood for fresh seafood, give this place a try, it’s a hidden treasure!

This is what all Florida Beachside Restaurants should strive to be. It’s real simple use«fresh local seafood prepared fresh from an ice cold display case that is stocked fresh daily». I hate to admit it but these types of places are far and few between along the East Coast of Florida to many times we are served up frozen or imported seafood that is tasteless and who really know what is being served. This place proudly displays all their offerings and you choose what you want and how you want it. This was my first visit here but definitely won’t be my last. Attention all tourist visiting our state this is where you want to go this is a true representation of what Florida restaurants are capable of, don’t settle for the Swai or Basi imported from Vietnam or the«white fish» raised on pellets from some farm that so many places serve up there is a differences. Flagler Fish Company your food is great, your service is exceptional and I love that you truly understand what outstanding fresh seafood is and you’re still able to offer all of this at reasonable prices.
