Great place with consistently good Italian food! Friendly and attentive wait staff! Especially like their cheese steak sandwiches and the Calzones and Strombolis! Yum!

Wow guys. I just got the steak salad. What the hell? Chopped up steak bits, sprinkled in a very thin line a top the greens. It was cheese steak meat and so much less than if I would have ordered a cheese steak. Just go ahead and take that one off your menu. Why bother? If you’re going to do something that half assed and pathetic, just stop.

Nice pizza with a good sauce to start. High quality mozzarella super gooey and full of flavor. And they don’t skimp on the cheese. Also like that the pepperoni isn’t sure greasy

Descent food. Brutally bad service. Forgot to make our take out and were not terribly helpful in fixing. White pizza includes tomatoes, basil and ricotta just so you know.

Nice little Italian place. Pleasant host, greeted and seated quickly. Friendly server(could use some professional training, I tip WELL because I understand the service industry and I don’t expect to have to ask for a refill when the place is slow. I certainly don’t want to be neglected for chit chat with off duty employees, but whatevs). Decent pizza. Excellent sweet iced tea! Good place to stop if you’re not in a terrible hurry(on a random Wednesday around 1ish). The menu seemed pretty extensive compared to some places I’ve been but I needed something fast while I waited for a client who was next door and was delighted to learn that I could get pizza by the slice fairly quickly. Well, things happen and the slices did not come quickly. in fact the toppings seemed a little(just a little) undercooked for as long as I waited but the(average) crust was perfectly cooked so I chalked it up to the convenience factor. I’m interested in taking the wife there for dinner, will update review after.

We take Mom out to lunch for Mother’s Day and she chose Tony’s Pizza today. We had 13 in our party and they took care of us very well. I recommend the Italian Sausage Stromboli, delicious! Great food, great service

Nice place, pasta is good, pizza was good but janie fussed that the crust was too thick… Waitresses are local kids, seems to be a nice neighborhood Italian casual spot.

Nice little Italian restaurant in Fishersville, Tony’s Pizza is located next to to the Food Lion on US250. Extensive menu: Salads, Pasta, Lasagna, Veal, Chicken, Seafood, Subs, Burgers, Stromboli, and of course Pizza. Also Beer & Wine selections. Decorum is nice… not cheap, but not extravagant. On my visit I tried the standard Stromboli. It was loaded up with pepperoni, ham, salami, green peppers, and cheese. Served with a side of tomato sauce for dipping. Crust was crisp, and serving size was respectable. Including the drink and tip, it came to $ 14. They have lunch specials(11am — 3pm) which are in the $ 6-$ 7 range, and dinner ranges from $ 6 for a sub, to $ 14 for a chicken, veal, or seafood entrée. Large pizza is $ 11 + toppings. The only issue I have with this establishment is the waiters. They seem distracted and busy with other things. They are constantly talking with other employees within ear-shot of customers… including talking about how much they received in tips… totally unprofessional. If Tony’s could get a decent wait-staff on the payroll, they would earn a solid 4-Stars…

My husband, mom, son, and I recently visited Tony’s in the Staunton location and I have mixed feelings about it. First, my son is 12 weeks old, and although their bathrooms are beautiful and well-cleaned, they lacked a changing table. That shocked me. What establishment lacks a changing table? Especially a food place. So I was forced either to change my son in a booth with other diners present or take my son back out to the car to change him in 30 degree weather. I was frustrated and the staffed seemed somewhat apologetic but th manager seemed to care less. The manager(I assume he was as such) was also drinking a glass of wine at one point. Just leaning against the bar while we were waiting for our food, enjoying a glass of wine. I found that incredibly rude and unprofessional. We ordered the bacon cheese fries as an appetized and they were amazing. My husband ordered two slices of pizza, my mom the cheesesteak sub, and I a small pizza. For a simple order(we were the only table in the establishment), we waited for 30 minutes. I was extremely hungry and frustrated. The food was good. The pizza was luke-warm. I had tiramisu for dessert, it was frozen the middle. The seating is spacious and welcoming. The staff seemed bored(no one else was there) and discussed their tips from previous patrons audibly. Altogether they were decent, food was mediocre, staff was unprofessional(ESPECIALLY the manager who was too busy drinking on the job to offer any type of apologies for our food taking so long). Will I go there again? Eh, doubtful. Would I recommend it? Maybe carry-out.
