I’ve had my second wax and I’m just as pleased this time around as I was the first time. This time I had Mandy and she was awesome. She was quick, efficient, professional and funny. My appointment took about 25 minutes tops. The ladies here are so nice and they don’t make the service awkward at all. It’s definitely worth your time to check them out

This review is going to be short and sweet but to the point this location at the naked monkey is excellent and Candice is the best she is always on time very thorough and has great communication to make the experience short and sweet she get you in and out in 15 minutes and she always makes you feel comfortable also this location has the best wax out of any other waxing place I have been

UPDATE: I have now heard back from Brenda — almost as soon as I posted this review lol — and she offered me a full refund for my services. That being said, it took quite a conversation to get her there. At one point, she even suggested that she’d like to «get to the bottom of this issue by trying different methods and waxes.» Thank you, but my lady parts are not up for experimentation. Regardless, I appreciate her getting back to me and eventually agreeing to the refund.
I would certainly not recommend this place, but perhaps my case is an anomaly. Who knows!

Went here randomly on a trip home to visit my parents. It was easy to get to, they accept credit cards and have ample parking. I walked in with no appointment in the middle of the day and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Staff were all super friendly and I wish this place was in CT (where I currently live) as they would be my go to folks for waxing needs.

Christy is awesome! The best and least painful Brazilian I’ve ever had! Professional, yet friendly and really sweet too. And she wasn’t offended by my onset of profanities. Which actually wasn’t too bad with her, because like I said, she’s awesome! I’m sure everyone there is, but she is who I was given to and who I will stay with.

My first time and I will be returning. Nice, friendly, efficient, clean. Bikini wax wasn’t as bad as I thought. The lady I had (forgot her name that fast)…was really good and fast. I want to try for Brazilian, but im a punk. Great job putting me at ease for my first wax.

Went there for my first bikini wax. Everyone was very professional. My wait was short, and I didn’t feel rushed through the appointment. My waxer was very nice in talking me through was she was going to do, and what I should expect. While I wasn’t a fan of the bare look (personal preference) I would recomment this place.

Made an appointment, excited to go and the woman I spoke to seemed nice enough on the phone… Put the address in my gps and it led me into a neighborhood when I called consistently for about 20 minutes to get directions, no one answered. When I didn’t show up to my appointment, no one called to find out why. Highly disappointed.

It’s probably the best Beazilian wax I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve gotten waxes all over the world. I primarily get mine done back home in LA and this one by Candice was BETTER!!! It was almost painless (because she did everything in small sections) and she was really quick and sweet. If I’m ever in Indianapolis again this will be my first stop! And if you’re ever here you can rest assured that you have a place to get a high quality Brazilian.
P. S. It wasn’t a million bucks either! VERY reasonable!

went in last week to get eyebrows and lip waxed. the girl who helped me was fairly young, in her twenties. I already have a natural arch to my eyebrows and was just looking to get them cleaned up. instead I came out with a square at the beginning of my brows up to my natural arch. it looks like I gave the tweezers to a four year old and told her to have at it. never going back again. I hope they train they’re staff. do not go here for brow shaping.

If you’re nervous about getting waxed, don’t be — the staff here makes even the most anxious first-​time waxee feel comfortable. Candace is awesome, and I swear the wax here hurts less than at other places. Very clean, prices are reasonable, and they don’t try to push products on you (but buy the Finipil and avoid the ingrown hairs — it works!). Their website has great tips for the first timer as well.

It took me a few months after moving back from California to find a salon that I could trust with my waxing. I was getting really bad ingrown hairs and never did before. I was then told about The Naked Monkey, so figured why not! I have been going to The Naked Monkey in fishers for a while now. Candice is who I see and she is incredible, a life saver. I am even waxing my eyebrows again after threading for years. She is very knowledgable and I do not have to worry about all those ingrown hairs! love the monkey and Candice is my girl! I recommend it to everyone who asks!

I’ve had a pretty bad eyebrow waxing experience in the past at another salon before coming to the Naked Monkey. I was so thankful that at my first appointment they talked to me about my skin and my past experiences and decided on the right wax before we got started. I’ve been been going ever since! I’ve had a few estheticians there (my regular one moved to NY) but all of have been great. these folks are pretty pro. i usually do my own waxing, but i’ve been to multiple salons throughout the city as well, with mixed results. since the naked monkey is dedicated to waxing, though, i think they r doin’ it right. they definitely have figured out all the things that make a wax more tolerable… if you’ve never been waxed and want to give it a try but you’re feeling anxious, i recommend starting at this place.
