Worst costumer service ever!!! Asked for something 3 times in the drive through. The last time he said anything else I said yeah honey mustard (for the 3ed time) he said «k» and closed the window and just went to the back as there was no customers behind me I sat there and waited five minutes and still didn’t get the honey mustard don’t support bad business

Waited nearly 20 minutes for a simple order when it was not even busy. The fries were incredibly soggy, and the chicken tenders had more grease than a Jiffy Lube. I will not be returning to this Good Times!

I call to express my complaint due to the fact that my chili cheese fries were very dry my phone call was answered by a manager that started off with an attitude her name was Sandy apparently the GM of this location she had no patience to listen to my complaint, she was telling me what ever as if I was a friend of hers we definitely will never return I will certainly let all my neighbors know about this experience good job Sandy

Really disappointed that they got rid of the portobello mushroom sandwich. Nice to have a place with a good vegetarian sandwich option and now we won’t eat here because all of the family cannot get something they will eat.

I rewarded myself today after a day of helping someone move by stoping by Good Times and getting a spoon bender. It was a good decision. The spoon bender was great but what I liked was the employees behind the counter.
We started by ordering from a young lady who self confessed that it was her second day working and she handled herself very well and had good back-​up if needed. What I really noticed is all the employees really seemed to like what they did and seemed excited about working there. The manager seemed to communicate very well with her employees and you could tell she was respected. It was very noticeable that the environment was healthy and genuine and you don’t see that a lot in any place with a drive thru.
Thanks for the good spoon bender and the great smiles.

Asian chicken wrap was alright, the broccoli slaw and sauce was tasty, tortilla was kinda hard.
Hamburger blew, the patty tasted like a frozen patty you get from school cafeteria
Didn’t try the ice cream it looked frost bitten
