Carl’s Jr.

Great for fast food. I would say its close to restaurant average. Its very clean and not packed. Its the closest chain like in-​n-​out that’s a chain and national. Whenever I am waiting for my food at the drive-​through, at nights there is this nice lady that talks to me while I’m waiting. She deserves a raise for being so polite and friendly.

Service SUCKS!
Stopped in just before noon.
My dad wanted to go in. BAD mistake.
I watched the front operations for the entire time we waited for our order… and I had 30 minutes to observe. 30 minutes to get our order. In that time I saw two customers come in from the drive through that were missing food and the mom from the order in front of us came back to counter twice to ask for the missing items they did not get.
I double checked our cold order just to make sure.
The food was cold when we got it. I knew it would be as I saw the sandwiched sitting on top of counter in a bag for 15 minutes before the manager picked it up and asked what order it was. I was dumbfounded when he handed the bag I had been watching for 15 minutes on the cold– stainless-​steel-​heat-​sucking counter top. I wanted to ask for our money back but just wanted to get out of there.

I still like Carl;s Jr, but NOT this one!

This was the fasted most professional yet friendly service I’ve ever had at a fast food place. Did you know food taste better when your happy.

Given the choice between Carl’s Jr. and the gauntlet of other fast food joints at this I-​25 oasis, you have to go with Carl’s Jr.
Why?
1. It’s on the east side of the highway — super easy on and off the highway when you’re going north
2. Much fresher and better quality beef, chicken, toppings and fries, regardless of the time of day
3. Friendly staff
4. Sweet potato fries
5. Sweet potato fries (yes they’re that good, and you’ll get a fresh batch when you order because they don’t keep them sitting in the warmer for hours like the regular fries)
6. Good prices
This is my go-​to when I’m heading up to FoCo and I need a bite to eat. Give it a try!

This Carl’s Jr was alright, clean for the most part and but then the person who took our order had to keep asking our order over and over fixing one part but then not fixing the rest. The place is fairly inexpensive. I like Carl’s just maybe not these employees so much

Cheap good burgers! Better then Mcdonalds or Burger King for sure… Also has a very friendly staff!
