I’ve had the pleasure of working with Leanna Mason and Entertainment Masters at several events (Meeker Days in Puyallup, the grand opening of the Soundview Trail in University Place, Tacoma Chamber of Commerce events, etc.), and she and her team always make my job easy.
I perform magic shows, and it’s nice knowing that I can count on Entertainment Masters to have the right equipment that I can easily patch into to sound great. Plus, Leanna is great to work with — both before and during the event — and has contacts for many other services making her a valuable resource for anyone planning a special occasion.

We booked Entertainment Masters (Leanna Mason) for our wedding and we solely regret it.
Regardless of how organized & well planned we were, Leanna continually made mistakes, from the mispronunciation of the wedding party and families names (even though she had them written down in front of her), to not playing the songlist we took so much time to create for her, spoiling the surprise I had (I had planned on singing a song for the groom), she just packed up her stuff toward the end of the night, not even saying goodbye or doing last song requests (we had karaōke) and worst of all, she was not accountable for any of her actions & mistakes and continued to blame us and she had the audacity to call me a difficult bride. There obviously is a huge lack of professionalism and respect. We will never use Entertainment Masters. They ruined our 1 special night that we can never get back.
