Worst store and owner possible! While traveling over the Thanksgiving holiday, I stopped at this McDonald’s for breakfast and to use the restroom. The restroom was being cleaned and I was told there would be a 15 minute wait. This is ridiculous at any time, much less at 8 am with 3 women in line. I asked the manager and she told me this is the policy. A man came up and put his hand on my shoulder(!) and also told me this is the policy. I asked who he was and to remove his hand. This was the franchise owner! He walked to the open bathroom door and stood against it while telling me I had a bad attitude. He was right. I don’t like strange men touching me and I don’t appreciate bad customer service. They finally let us use the restroom after several minutes. Way to run a business. I called McDonald’s although I assume it will make no difference.

Ridiculously slow. The only reason I stayed in line was because I was stuck and couldn’t back out cause of traffic behind me. If they want to operate this slow they don’t deserve customer’s money

I often used to frequent this McDonald’s when I stay in to Findlay for work. I would drive-thru here at around 3:45am for breakfast before heading in for a long day. The drive-thru used to be open 24 hours, but it is not anymore. It was a sad sad morning for me yesterday when those golden arches were dark. I was willing to put up with the slower than molasses service because I understand at that hour of the night, many things are not hot and ready due to the low volume of people. I guess the volume was a little too low, because now I can’t get my Egg McMuffin and large coffee :(

I won’t be going back to this store. I checked their website and thought I’d try a different sandwich. I get to the store and they don’t have it. I leave without buying anything. Then 2 – 3 days later I look on their website again for sandwiches and see a different one to try, it was the McRib, and I get to the store and they don’t have it either. I leave with nothing again. I’m done looking. I won’t be back. They need to change their website.

I mean, McDonalds is nasty AF anyway. But this was exceptionally gross. Bathrooms smelled like doo-doo, flies all around the cash register area, dirty drink area. The food was disgusting. The only good part was the Caramel Frappé. Yuck, I feel sick now.

You deserve a break today. Wait, that’s not it. Ah yes, I’m loving it. Well, maybe not so much«lovin’ it» but McDonald’s is very handy when traveling. They’re predictable, reliable, and plenty of them are open 24 hours. I know it has saved me from an à la carte dinner at the rest stop vending machine more than once. This particular one is only a small shot from I-75. I’m sure it has been a life saver for some poor sap with screaming children. Aside from it being a McDonald’s, this restaurant also suffers from overcrowding during the school year. It’s within easy walking distance of the high school and is quite the common option for lunch. They usually clear out by late afternoon. As a side note, I read plenty of reviews on Unilocal and nothing gets me laughing harder then when people say, «I don’t normally review chains/box retailers/fast food, but…» Wow, you’re playing around with some real taboo there. Aren’t you, buddy? Well, I wrote a review about McDonald’s. What are you going to do about it?
