Wendy’s

I go to this Wendy’s everyday for lunch, I get the 4 for 4 meal, customer service is good, but my only problem with this Wendy’s, is there soda machine is always out of soda.

Absolutely wasted location on terrible workers and service. I frequented this location a lot since my office is around the corner. Workers are unhelpful and uninformative. In previous trips I have been given a soft drink cup only to find their machines out of service or out of soda. When prompted, the employees told me «we’re out» with absolutely no offer of something else. Tonight, the final straw was drawn. I asked for the popular 4 for $ 4 deal and asked for a large soda/​fry, which I’ve gotten many times before. The cashier refused to up size the combo for extra money, and when I explained I had received it before and asked about seeing a Manager, the cashier just stared at me and asked me what sauce I wanted for my SMALL combo.
I’m done Wendy’s. You can build a nice looking restaurant, but fruit flies, uncleanliness and a drive thru window that’s more important than customers IN the restaurant have driven me away. For those brave enough, good luck. The Checkers nearby has never been rude or unhelpful. I’ll be enjoying my meal breaks here from now on.

Although the food was good the customer service sucks, even though you had a long day doesn’t mean you can talk to your customers anyway you want first rule of businesses customers first I will not be coming back to this establishment!!! Takes the term ratchet to a whole Nother level

This place is horrible. Ive previously called the help line for wendys and complained that no one at this location wears hair nets or wears their hair up. They said they would get right to the bottom of that issue. I come back 3 weeks later & still the same thing. I asked the manager about it & he said they arent required to wear them. But when i called the help line that was not the case. Also, Loud ignorant employess, They stand around and talk while youre waiting for your food thats standing right in front of them. customer service couldn’t get any worse than this place. Never coming back.

New looking restaurant. Filthy. No ice. No ketchup. No garden salad. No carbonation in the soda machine. Cashier said that they didn’t have a Jr. Hamburger Deluxe, only a Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe. Really!!! Serious problems.

Clean and nice inside but the service is terrible. The soda machines are always out of something, mess up on orders etc.

Decent Wendy’s. It’s clean. Service is fast. Good quality for a Wendy’s. Employees seem to care. I hope the location doesn’t force them to change the quality over time.
