They’re just slow and rude. Never say thank you or you’re welcome. Always messing stuff up.

I ordered lunch (10 piece nugget) got some hard bun burger with all these stuff on it I don’t eat and it was horrible. This is my second trip here and my last. Last time I was here the place was dirty and the customer service was bad but I have it another chance and epic failure. Stay ways from this place

I ordered unsweetened iced tea.
I saw an employee making hot tea.
I asked the manager if that was my tea. She assured me it wasn’t.
She hands me my tea. It’s hot.
I tell her I want my money back.
She tells me they don’t give money back.
She tells me I can call the number on the wall to complain, but the number has been removed from the sign.
This place is a disgrace amongst the franchise. And that’s saying something.

My visit on June 17^th was probably the WORST experience I have ever had at chain restaurant. On an average week I go through a fast food drive through about 5 times and even my worst experience prior to this does not come close to how bad my service was tonight.
After taking my order at the screen (which did not display my complete order or my total, I was told to pull forward for my total) I pulled up to the first window (which was vacant) and preceded to wait about 5 minutes before someone noticed me, told me my total and took my money… After taking my cash she walked away and didn’t come back to the register for another 5 minutes to give me my change (in this time through the window I watched at least 2 separate employees just standing around messing with their phones). Then I pulled up to the second window and the employee gives me the wrong order… I show her my receipt and have to wait at least another 15 minutes for my food (again through the window; witnessing several employees just standing around messing with their smart phones). After I finally got my food and went home to eat it my nuggets were rubber-​y and my burger tasted half cooked… I will never again go to this location, I will go out of my way to AVOID this store.

Any location owned by Jo-​Dan Inc. (John Dawkins) is one the absolute worse, service attitude and cleanliness-​! They have signs telling you they REFUSE TO GIVE REFUNDS, WE WILL FIX ANY ORDER. Can you fix waiting 15 minutes in drive thru to just get the wrong or incomplete order? The employee and management have bad attitudes, probably from being underpaid, but that is no excuse for the atrocious levels of service they give-!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I come here they overcharge me or leave out an item. Also argue with me every time there’s an issue, every time I show proof on my receipt… then there’s not even an apology. Also found flies on my French fries? The sweet tea tasted like syrupy and stinky water-​clearly have no idea how long to brew tea. Plus my chix nuggets were soggy as hell the last time. Granted they are just kids in there. But they’re always messing around and it seems like there’s no manager around. Not cool. Not a happy customer. I’m not sure if it’s McDonald’s is treating their employees badly (wouldn’t be surprised) and so they just don’t care? or it’s because they only hire young kids and give them no direction. Either way, they need to get their act together ASAP! I miss my guilty pleasure choc milkshake run! :(

This is a newer McDonald’s. The staff is nice, but, the service is slow and I don’t think every crew member knows exactly what they’re doing. It took me a while to just get a fairly uncomplicated order for me and my co-​worker. It is convenient to my new job in East Falls, though.

food that is inexpensive and satisfies hunger… I’ll return like a dog does to his vomit. food is Good if there is nothing else to eat…

Food not only APPEARED hot and fresh but they also gave me NAPKINS (without me asking for them)! wow!
