When my LG G3 wouldn’t turn on – and less than 16 hours before I had to fly out of town for a week – I looked up Unilocal reviews to decide where to go for immediate help. The reviews for this location do not lie. Rich helped me set up a new phone while also reducing my monthly bill, and somehow made the experience of dealing with a phone’s premature death enjoyable. I would highly recommend this location over any other in Philly. Really cemented my loyalty to Verizon.

The store manager Zach was very helpful. Very knowledgeable. Super chill. I’d hang out with him. I asked lots of blunt questions and he didn’t get annoyed and remained helpful and nice about it. Honestly it was an enjoyable experience — which is rare for someone in a sales position.
I will note, he was very persistent in trying to get us to buy a case for the phone. I’m not going to fault him for doing his job, just a heads up though.

I went into the verizon store today in hopes of replacing my very damaged phone. The store manager, Zach, was extremely helpful. Not only did he provide me pricing options but also looked up cases that they didn’t have in stock. He explained simply the benefits of phone insurance and was overall the reason for my pleasant experience at this verizon location. I will certainly return with any future phone issues.

I have been coming here for a while and I have always ben impressed by the patient and helpful staff. They were helpful from the first smart phone I ever purchased to the first one I ever dropped and smashed. Hopefully I never have to have them help with that again, but it made the whole thing go a lot smoother. I wonder why I ever went to a Verizon store in the first place, this place has all I need and more. Thank you, Justin and Zach for all your help.

Exceptional service. There are many places where you get the feeling people don’t really care or just want to get you in and out, but these guys actually take their time and break things down for you.
