Horrible experience. Quianna made a solid rez for a mobile apt and I used as a Xmas present. I confirmed it a week ago and 10 mins before apt I called her to make sure she was coming and someone answered by saying she was cancelling because of weather (all .5 inch of snow) and she could not call me because her phone was dead. So I’d have never known if I did not call and would highly recommend staying away from this business.

Just so you know, Touch of Comfort is located inside Ends Hair Design Day Spa. I went in last week for a hot stone facial, but unfortunately the masseur was about 20 minutes late (car trouble). When she arrived, she apologized and offered to give me a free massage on the shoulders and arms, which I appreciated since my arms were a little sore from a recent work out. Overall she did a great job. I felt very relaxed afterwards and my face was glowing :) I definitely wouldn’t mind coming back again sometime, but next time I would like to be informed if the person doing my services is going to be late so that I’m not just sitting there.
