For a business like T-​Mobile to be successful, they have to have great customer service advocates. At this location, I’d say they’re meeting the mark. They’re knowledgeable and helpful and everything goes smoothly when you need their help. The computer system is pretty slow, but you can be entertained by the locals on broad street while you wait.
