Went here to get a case for my phone and the person who helped me was very cordial and knowledge. She was kind of busy and multi-tasking dealing with 2 customers at once nod doing a very good job of it. Tried very hard to resolve an issue with my new phone and helped 3 other people while waiting for my phone to update and load. Very efficient me effective.

Very hard to deal with. All I wanted was an activation code, which I was told would be $ 3 and some change when I called customer service the previous night. The employee first charged me $ 20 and I had to repeat myself several times because she kept insisting that I needed things that I already had. Then she redid the transaction and it came out to be $ 10+tax, but she charged me $ 11.80, which doesn’t make sense because tax is just .80, so it should have been $ 10.80. Never going back here again. They turned a 5 minutes process to a 40 minute process.
