Suite 822 Ultra Lounge

I want to like this place, I really do but they have quite a few things to work on. I’ve been here on more than one occasion for happy hour, which has been consistently good. I like the drinks, and the bartenders are usually nice. However, the inside looks like it still isn’t finished and they’re still doing renovations. Also, some of their food leaves more to be desired. Their Instagram page makes their food look absolutely delicious, but when I taste it in person I’m slightly disappointed. They could also work on their customer service. Yesterday I called in for a pick up order and the music was so loud in the background I could barely hear what the person was saying. He also hung up on me both times when I called without saying bye. They have a curbside delivery option which is pointless because they don’t even bring it to the curb, they send someone out to stand there and if they don’t see you they’ll go back inside. If they make the improvements it could be a good place, but for now I think I’ll avoid coming here.
