The coolest Science Store I’ve ever come across! A small store with a large selection, they have tons of stuff. The coolest educational toys, games and kits for low prices.

Cool stuff, bad attitude.
I love what they have in the shop but unfortunately, the person assisting customers has a horrible attitude. The cashier registry wasn’t working properly so I had to wait for 15 minutes for the system to restart.

This store is fantastic! From novice to authority, anyone can enjoy this store. It has toys, games, and experiments for all ages. There are crystal growing kits, Giant Microbes, kites, kits, and all sorts of fun bits!
I have bought birthday gifts for kids here, as well as scientific equipment for my academic research. The prices are good and the service is stellar. Matt is knowledgable about the products he carries, and you can tell he’s a true science enthusiast.
There is no rush when you’re shopping, but all questions are answered well. Special orders can be placed. For those who can’t get to the store, the website is well stocked and easy to navigate. (Although if you can get to the store, it is well worh the trip!)
For any occasion that you need a gift or want to show off to your friends, Spectrum Scientifics is the place to go and pick up that perfect something — for them and you!

This is one of those stores I could walk through on a monthly basis just to see what is new. For a science junkie, there is quite a bit here for us! If only I had known of stores like this when I was younger doing science fair projects! Also, great places to stop for a bite nearby in this unique neighborhood!

I mean this in the best way possible: calling all science lovers, med students, lab geeks and nature nerds…
THIS STORE IS AMAZING. It has all the cool stuff I used to play with as a kid, including the contraption to make a tornado in a bottle! There is scientific glassware in the back — so great. Trying to think of where I can use it in my tiny apt so I can buy some Erlenmeyer flasks. As an ever essential impulse buy, I am now the owner of two color changing (not the ink) pens. Very awesome. Can’t wait to come back and buy some cool toys.
