My salesperson was very helpful. My problem is with the hidden costs. You have 21 days to exchange and you can’t exchange for a less expensive mattress. I just had to pay 162.00 to exchange which I must do if I don’t want to be uncomfortable for the next 7 years or so. I can’t say I wasn’t told but still am not pleased. I would look around to see who might have a better deal next time.

When you think of a mattress store, «ugh that pushy sales guy» probably comes to mind. Well I can assure you, that is not what you will find here. André is the manager here, and that is not the way he runs his business. Upon arrival, we were greeted and treated with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life throughout our entire stay. My boyfriend was SET on a king sized mattress while I thought a queen was more affordable and a better route for us; André says «my lady will never have a king sized mattress because no matter what I want her close to me». (I was sold right there. How sweet is that?!) He also explained the unnecessary price difference, but before he even got to the price difference, my boyfriend who is in the customer service industry as well, was on board with a queen size. I wasn’t expecting to even buy a new bed the evening we went in, just price them out. Well, André gave us a price we couldn’t refuse after helping us find the perfect bed for us! We weren’t entirely sure what we were looking for, he guided us in the right direction after we laid on 4 different mattresses and we told him which one each of us liked. André made the experience of buying a new bed a fun and most comfortable one, instead of a miserable one. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! Thanks so much, André!
