Great landlords! Rented an apartment with two friends for about two years through Skyline and they were great! Very quick to get back to us if we had questions or issues and we loved when they made the switch to online payment for rent. I moved out and my roommates stayed and they were also really great and helpful when we found a subletter to take over my lease and did that paperwork up really quickly.

Skyline managed my apartment for a year of 3 years we lived there. Overall, we were happy with our experience. The online rent payment system is great and easy to use and our deposit was promptly and professionally returned. Staff was generally responsive and friendly. They weren’t responsible for maintenance of our place, so I can’t comment on that, however, this clearly seems to be a professionally run company with people who know what they’re doing, unlike many of Philadelphia’s property managers and landlords.
