Jen helped us buy our first home in Philadelphia, and she was truly great to work with! She was patient while showing us a BUNCH of properties and answering 1,000 questions, assertive when we needed her to be, connected us with a great home inspector, etc. She was also very responsive via email and text, usually getting back immediately. She helped simplify the process and made it all a great experience! Jen clearly knows her stuff. We will definitely work with her again.

I wasn’t just a first-​time homebuyer, I was lukewarm about the whole idea of buying a house at all but after working with Jennifer Grosskopf, that changed completely. Jennifer works with superhuman efficiency and was patient with my tons of naïve questions, she helped me narrow down what I was looking for (I didn’t even KNOW what I was looking for – but she did. Her intuition is spot-​on. Super-​human, trust me!).She asks the right questions, and knows everything there is to know about mortgages, inspection details, etc. She responds quickly to your e-​mails; nights, weekends, doesn’t matter, she’s on it. I know, results not typical, but I found my house within a week, no joke, and it was because of Jennifer pushing through a last-​minute schedule change that I even had a chance – otherwise someone else would have jumped on it! I’ve since moved in and I absolutely love it. Jennifer was my advocate through the entire process and walked me through everything. Buying this place was easier than renting some of the apartments I’ve lived in. Jennifer is the Superwoman of realtors – if you are in any way curious about buying a house, but never wanted to because you thought it would be difficult, send her an e-​mail. She’ll get right back to you!

Sarah Robertson was extremely helpful in helping us find a home. We wanted a house in the Fishtown area of Philadelphia and she knew a lot about the area and was able to recommend some great houses to us. The house we ended up buying was one that was under construction and I wasn’t really excited about having to wait for it to be finished, but once she showed it to us we immediately knew it was the house for us. She really listened to what we were looking for and what was on our «must have» list and she was able to find us the perfect house. On the day of closing, my bank lost power and the whole process was a mess, but Sarah was in contact with me through the whole thing and continually giving me updates about what was going on. I would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone who is looking for a house in the Philly area!
