The pizza was ok… But the onion rings were amazing! The pizza could have been hotter on delivery.

Ok. I have given this place too many chances. Now it’s time to write.
Just threw out a $ 21 meal plus $ 2 tip in the trash. Ordered chicken pesto pain and penne chicken pesto pasta many times previously, usually very good. Today has to throw it out. Tasted rank and the chicken didn’t look like chicken. Called and the guy blew me off, saying everything is the same. Last time I ordered I had ordered falafel, I wound up in the ER, but I thought it was because I had not eaten it in years, but the reality was the coating was very hard, dry and overdone. I hate to give bad reviews but when health is involved, I have to. This was more than poor service.
Ripping up menu, deleting this place from my phone. Back to home cooking.

I enjoy the food but there have been several occasions in which the food was VERY late. I called those times and the person answering the phone just made excuses and did nothing to rectify the situation. And judging by other reviewers, THEY NEED A NEW MANAGER AND SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

Menu delivery guy decides he’s going to go into the park next to our house and go to bathroom!
When I call to explain the situation with the owner of the pizza place he throws profanities at me and hangs up in my face like I am wrong!
Don’t even have to taste their food to tell yet if this is what comes with it ain’t worth it!

This review is for their buffalo chicken cheesesteak only. I was verrrry hesitant on ordering from here after reading the reviews. However I was recommended from a friend. I must say I enjoyed it and I’m about to order my second one within two weeks lol hope it’s good as the first! The delivery time wasn’t bad, I was told thirty mins they arrived in 19 mins and they also accept debit cards via telephone and my order was less than $ 10

I was looking on grub hub for something new to try. I ordered the family combo #3 and am extremely disappointed. It comes with two cheesesteaks, 10 wings, and a side of fries. I wrote on special instructions that I wanted extra cheese on the sandwiches, and ranch for the wings. Well we got the complete opposite. There was barely any cheese on the steak sandwiches. I had to put my own cheese on the sandwich and microwave them. The receipt for the food even said mild with ranch, (for the wings) but I got blue cheese (which I HATE). And the fries looked like they were microwaved. They were also cold. The only good thing about this place is they deliver from the city to Manayunk. I won’t ever order from here again!!!

I hate when I have to update an review and not for the better. I don’t know what happened but Robola’s fell off if you know what I mean. They have not only changed their menu, but they hiked the prices as well as removing some of the items from their specials. For instance, I used to get a buffalo chicken platter that came with two sides for about $ 9-​$ 10, now that same entrée is $ 11 and only comes with one side. They did this all of the menu, removing items from specials and jacking up the prices.
Their pizza is still pretty good though.
Also, delivery is starting to take forever. It once was 30 minutes and got here fast and hot, now it’s promised to be 30 – 45 minutes and is nearly an hour each time.
Last but not least the customer service has gotten worse. When I call a lot of the time they get my phone number wrong and have even gotten my order wrong or the delivery driver has forgotten food. There was even one time I was waiting for delivery and they thought I was picking it up. Let’s not talk about the time where I called in and they told me they do not deliver to my address when they have delivered here over 30 times.
I don’t know if they changed hands or what, but it’s no longer my favorite place and has fell in my category of regular pizza joints. I no longer order several times a week, it’s more like once a month and each time I am reminded of why my opinion has changed and I’m saddened about it at the same time.

ive given this place several chances to earn and KEEP my business but i think i have to stop eating there. its a run of the mill pizza joint with less than spectacular food. the cheeseteaks and hoagies arent bad but be very cautious about other more specialized menu items. ive had a horrible stromboli here and pretty bad chicken fingers. how do you screw up chicken fingers? they have these sides of mac-​n-​cheese which are pretty gross. just pasta with some cold lumpy cheese dumped on it. i really cant recommend this place to anyone. theyre fairly new at this location. hopefully theyll get their act together.

So, so, so good! Excellent customer service. They are great. Everyone ordered from all over the menu from salads to cheese steaks to sandwiches and hoagies… All around fantastic. Fresh bread, huge portions and a great selection of food.
Would definitely recommend and come back again when I’m in the area.

Holy disappointment, Batman.
A list of things to expect from this place:
1) Delivery on a weeknight will take over an hour, even if they are located less than half a mile from your house.
2) Macaroni and cheese will be penne noodles with cheez wiz.
3) French fries will taste a day old and excessively microwaved.
4) Burgers will be very, very (very) little.
Staaaaay awaaaaaaaay.

I just ordered a margarita pizza from this place and the cardboard under my pizza was black from the grease. The pizza crust was limper than cooked spinach. I wish there was an way for me to upload a photo so you would know I’m not making this up.

Ordered delivery from here on a Tuesday night. Estimated delivery time was 7:25, order showed up at 7:40. It wasn’t hot, but wasn’t cold.
I ordered the chicken roasted peppers panini. It was a good price, but came without peppers. It was just chicken and cheese on bread, very dry. The fries it came with we’re not fully cooked and we didn’t eat more than one each.
My girlfriend ordered the Ionian veggie calzone. Menu said it came with broccoli, tomato, and spinach. It came with that plus onions, peppers, and mushrooms. That would have been fine if I didn’t hate onions and my girlfriend didn’t hate mushrooms. The calzone was decent though, we ended up eating that. Wouldn’t order from there again.

i ate the rabola sammich like Scooby Doo… shoved it down my throat in a single bite.
