Convenient and fast food good service and always get the order right wether you call or order through grub hub they do deliver and wait time is reasonable

I use to love this place. I’m not sure if its under new management or something but their food sucks. Fast delivery service and good customer service. The delivery drivers gets upset if he don’t receive a big tip. My food has been delivered cold more than twice. The pizza taste nasty. Again, a year ago my family and I would constantly order from them because everything was good especially their pizza but now their food sucks!

I wish I could give this place zero stars because it was honestly ridiculous. I ordered 3 milkshakes and a 2 liter of ginger ale. It took over an hour to get here, and I only live 5 minutes away. I googled it. I called to see if there was something wrong with my order and the girl was very rude to me and hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. This place is honestly terrible and I hope nobody has to have their time and money wasted like me. Awful.

We have been ordering pizza for years with New Star. We order at least 2x’s per week, which is not healthy on our part but loyal customers. We ordered pizza today and the driver that delivered the pizza made all the cheese Nd toppings come off the pizza. The manager told us it was our son that did it but my husband was standing right with my son and he held the pizza up right. The manager was very rude on the phone and was not willing to offer a resolution to the issue. We had to make our point plain to him that he better bring us our money back and it was not an option. I am writing this because I am very disappointed in this business. I will not support them. We have to take a stand against businesses that think they can take advantage of people.
