Really recommend these guys. My instructor, Dan, is super patient and very knowledgeable. As a beginner on the electric guitar I felt really comfortable going to lessons here. I was always a little reluctant to take lessons b/​c I expected to work with a condescending guitar hero. Not the case here, Dan was awesome. The classrooms are comfortable and warm with cool rugs and no distractions.

After being introduced to clarinet through school, my 9 year old son wanted to continue. We found Philly Music Lessons and signed up. My son, who often doesn’t take instruction well, hit if off immediately with Donnie. They have really bonded and Donnie is bringing the best out of him. He recognized how my son learns best and altered his teaching method. My son practices without complaint and is having FUN and has gotten much better! The real stamp of approval… we had been thinking of moving and my son said «I don’t want to move anymore. If we move, I won’t have Donnie for clarinet lessons.» I told him we’d find somewhere else (we were looking outside the city). My son replied «No. I want Donnie. He gets me.» :)

This place is wonderful. My 5 year-​old daughter began taking piano lessons here, and loves it. The instructors are wonderful, the space is beautiful and welcoming, the business is very organized and the communication is outstanding. We’re so lucky to have this in the neighborhood.

Fun toddler music class I attend as a nanny! Great way to spend your morning with your little ones :-) Claire is great and always a fun time!
