Terribly slow delivery. After 80 minutes of waiting for spaghetti, I called the restaurant and was barked at because apparently«my food was on it’s way». I live about 5 minutes away and it still wasn’t here 20 minutes later. Absolutely ridiculous. I called back and the driver had just gotten here, but they had given him the wrong phone number. No apology of any kind from them, and the spaghetti was undercooked. DON’T ORDERFROMHERE.

Accidentally called the wrong pizza place after 16 hours on the road. $ 18 +tip for the worst pizza I have we tasted. They took an hour and 20 min to deliver their«Special» to my hotel. I am so glad that I am just passing through. Their menu is in my room here at the equally horrible Quality Inn by the Philly Airport. I blame sleep deprivation for not reading these Unilocal comments prior to ordering.

DONOTEVERTRYTHISJOINT! I was brave enough to order despite of terrible reviews posted here and had the similar experience. I ordered my pizza online first and was told someone will contact m. I did not receive any call for next 15 min so I called myself to inquire. They said the online system was not working and asked me to place the whole order again on phone. I ordered tomato pie white pizza with milkshake. After waiting for 40 min, they finally delivered a pizza and paid driver in cash. I let him go and when opened the box it was a Pepperoni pizza which I can’t even eat due to Vegetarian restriction. When I called them immediately, they said they they are currently closed and can not deliver. I was at the least expecting a refund of my order. When I asked them about it they asked me to pick it up from store next day(which I was certainly not going to do as I was flying out). I am so much infuriated now. I have also complained to the hotel I stayed over not to endorse them any more.

This place has the WORST customer service ever. I ordered my pizza around 8:40pm through grub hub, and received confirmation through email that it would take an hour. So I waited. 10pm, still no food delivered. I called and politely inquired about the order, was placed on hold, and then was told that the driver called me and hear me having sex. I asked about my order and they told me they were closed and will not deliver to me. For starters, I was alone in my work place, how was I having sex?!? Second, no phone calls came through on my phone all night,(and I have a screen shot of that) except for them to ask me at 8:45 the name of the business. Needless to say I never got my food. I called grub hub to get fully refunded, plus they gave me $ 5 for my troubles and are currently investigating the issue. Not only am I infuriated, but I am fed up with the places unwillingness to deliver past a certain time.
