I can’t complain about the pizza, it was actually good and better than most pizza on philly. But unfortunately I think this location is now closed. I’ve been calling for the last 2 weeks and can’t place any orders, online the site doesn’t show this location anymore, and no one picks up the phones.

Weird… The food was standard Pizza Hut and service decent so there’s that. However, forget greens because contrary to the menu, they offer no salads of any kind. Also, «we don’t have a dishwasher on tonight so here’s some paper plates.» Oh and a roll of paper towels (really…) at the table.
Again, it wasn’t bad just a weirdly low standard of acceptable. I’d certainly go again but with the continuing ever lower expectations I associate with Pizza Hut at mostly every location that remains open.

Visiting from out of town and must confess the service is lack luster. Employees seem as though they do not want to be here. Overall cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired as well. Given other options would not recommend.

I have made the titanic mistake of ordering from this location a few times over the many years I’ve lived here. It’s a pattern: I tell myself, «It’s can’t possibly be that bad.» I order. I even set the bar low– the food slithers right under. Every time I order– and I often wait years in between– the food takes over an hour to make the six-​minute drive, it is always cold, and it is always the wrong order. Then I am told there is no one in the restaurant who can process a refund for me. Yet, mysteriously, the charge disappears from my statement overnight. My people: do not do as I have done. Save yourselves the misery and grief of wretched pizza. Order from Pete’s.

Waited almost 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered 3 miles. Never ordering from you again. Next time I will order Family Style pizza. They actually deliver on time. If an order cannot be delivered on time a call would be nice so we can plan. Poor management and bad planning on the driver.

I’ve been here a few times, it’s close to work, so when I’m craving Pizza Hut I give them a buzz. I’ve never gotten delivery so I can’t comment on their wait time. I usually call ahead and my order is ready in 15 minutes, they have a separate area for pick up and a door that leads into the dining in area.
I’ve dined in once thought about getting the buffet but I’m not big on buffets so we opted to get a pie and split it, glad we did their made to order pizzas are nice and fresh, the dining area on the other hand is extremely dated, I was actually surprised that the bathroom were as clean as they were.
As far as pick up they are always friendly, never really crowded, but as I said my visits are always during lunch, so not sure about the evenings. The pizza is always piled with toppings and fresh.
It’s Pizza Hut no bells, no whistles it satisfies the craving when they arise. I’ll be back when the urge presents itself.

Not the best Pizza Hut that I have eaten at. The Pizza tasted a little undercooked. I was surprised after reading the reviews of this place that we received our meal in a timely manner. We stayed at the Double Tree Hilton and had no car so we were limited about where we could eat without eating at the overpriced hotel restaurants. If I am ever in Philadelphia again, I will as not be eating here.

Well I thought id give this place a second chance and it served no justice. I would give it 0 stars if possible SAVE YOURSELF THE TRouble. Ordered online today at 643 according to my email I got after the transaction it said it would be delivered by 738 which is pretty long to begin with. We did not get our pizza until 850!!! After 4 phone calls (each time them telling us it’s in route) I am fed up. The pizza was actually ICE COLD. will NEVER go back. I even tried calling corporate but they just tell you to contact their website or the direct store. Horrible

Don’t ever order anything from this terrible pizza hut. Their were very rude and bad service delivery took 2:30 hours and pizza was all cold and they expect me to pay for it. And they never apologize once.
And they never answer the phone.

Will not recommend. Ordered pizza and they forgot to bring chicken wings. I called explained my situation and they put me on hold, then hung up on me. Called 2 times more and same thing. I will not order from this place again very bad customer service. Never got my wings and lost my money :(

I went here with a bunch of my co-​workers today for lunch. There was 9 of us so we sat down at two tables in one of the corners. As soon as we sat down we noticed that both tables were incredibly sticky. Not the best thing to start off with. Our waitress came over and took our orders. Most of us ordered the buffet which was fine but the salads that we ordered took forever to come. The only utensils we got were a bunch of plastic forks which they probably got at the Dollar Store in the same plaza. My one co-​worker didn’t get her lunch for 45 mins. The only staff there was the waitress some other guy who was proabably the manager and a cook. It’s pretty safe to say that we will not go there again.

Guilty admission #4080: I really, really like Pizza Hut thick crust, buttery pan pizza.
Perhaps it’s the rewards that Scholastic gave me as 2nd-​4th grader, whereby getting a free personal pan pizza for every book I read? (And perhaps that’s what made me the avid reader that I am).
No less, others share this love of fattening pizza with me — namely my buddy’s girlfriend. Once a month, we trek down through some wonderful neighborhoods to scoop some pie here. They’re friendly, the pizzas are well-​made, and while I’ve recently learned how bad the wings are, pizza here makes me feel eight years old again. Comfort food.
And whatever happened to the lunch buffets? Philly, you’re missing out.
