I have been going to Dr. Mendlow since 1986 and after seeing the above review, I felt I needed to comment. Dr. Mendlow is a consummate professional and has always been able to squeeze me in for unforeseen dental emergencies (a few years ago I cracked my front tooth the day before a very important interview and he made sure I was able to be seen that same day!). I am 29 and have never had a cavity (not one!) thanks to his preventive measures. I’m not sure how his prices compare to others since my insurance does cover some things, but I can say that I have always received the best standard of care at this office and have referred friends who were equally pleased. I trust Dr. Mendlow and his staff very much and will continue to recommend them highly.

I went here for an emergency appointment. I told him what he needed to do fix the problem (it had happened many times before) and instead he did something else, which did not work at all and left me in pain for two weeks. On top of that he charged me a ridiculous fee that my insurance would not cover that was completely unjustified. My real dentist (who I would highly recommend, but is out in Bucks County) has never charged anything beyond what my insurance would cover for this procedure. After many conversations with the receptionist I wrote a letter to him asking for some understanding based on the work (or lack thereof) done and my financial situation, and I was denied. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
