This place is nasty. Need to take care of their bathrooms, especially if they strictly check if you have a receipt before they let you in. Horrible. Never again.

Horrible place. It was dirty and when we walked in it was smokey from the fryer smoking from old oil. Then we had a huge hair in our food. Won’t go back

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been in! Customer service is very poor, store is dirty and also the employees curse aloud amongst each other like they are on the street! I will never patronize this garbage spot! What a dump!

I came here for a quick meal since we were at the convention center and we had to rush back for another panel. The food was what I came to expect. Meh. It’s McDonald’s — it’s fast and cheap, what do you expect? However, it took forever for them to get the food. I stood there for a good while waiting for it here. They had a group of us just standing there waiting to hear our numbers called. Also, some tables were missing chairs. While other tables were still dirty, obviously not wiped down. If it weren’t so close to the convention center, definitely find elsewhere. One perk though is it’s got a pretty view of some of the buildings.

With a McDonalds on the corner of the most busiest intersections of Philly and high traffic flow of customers, why have bathrooms suitable for just one person? Ridiculous.

employees are rude and service is slow. I work around there so I visited a few times but it was bad more times then good! I am just overall disgusted with the service of mcdonalds in general now due to the visits of so many bad service locations.

I got asked by 3 different homeless people for change before I could Ben make it to the door. It smelled like piss outside. At that point I didn’t even go in. Is it wrong to review a place without even going in? Is it wrong to review a McDonald’s?

One of the nicest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Staff is polite and efficient. Despite the location, nobody seemed even particularly sketch.

Not fittting with typical McDonald’s standards. ½ the seats were busted. no ice in the machines, no straws or napkins in the machine. Service stunk. But they had the occasional Diet Coke on the stroll back to the hotel– I’ll take that.

McRib, y’all. That’s right, because nothing sates my hunger after a hard day’s search for ODB like a combination of boneless pork, fresh-slivered onions, dill pickle slices and McDonald’s signature McRib sauce on a toasted, golden-brown home-style bun. Get it while it’s hot, dawg.(Limited availability, yo.)

Stopped in here on Saturday afternoon to score the seasonal cult favorite — the Shamrock Shake. Best Shamrock Shake I’ve ever tasted, and it was the perfect shade of Shamrock Shake green and made my sunny Saturday afternoon that much happier. This McDonald’s was clean, bright, busy — and the Shake was served quickly and with a smile. Almost made me want to order a Big Mac and some fries too… but I restrained mysefl. But if I ever get a random craving for chicken mcnuggets, I know where to go…

By far the nicest McDonald’s in the city(that I have been to). Let’s face it. Eating fast food in this city is an experience that makes you either want to kill yourself, the worker serving it to you, or the other patrons in the restaurant. But this particular location makes you forget about that(kind of)… and for that I give it a thumbs up(relative to Philadelphia fast food). Why? The ambiance is a step up from other cookie cutter incarnations in that it is in the lobby of an older, more statuesque building near City Hall. The ceilings are high, and the floor to ceiling windows encompass the length of the seating area providing good light and good people watching. The cleaning crew is usually on task in an effort to make the tables and spills cleaned, and the counter people are typically a cut above other locations. Transient and homeless campers are kept to a minimum. AND — You get to pour your own soda, which is always a plus for me! One potential negative is the cold draft that blows in from the Arch St. door when opened during the winter. In the summer, however, the breeze is quite pleasant. The Broad St. door is a rotating circle door, which is fun. The food is the food… and a McDonald’s is a McDonald’s is a McDonald’s… except, probably due to the location, this one is a bit better than the rest in Philly.
