Great egg mc muffin. Decent service and a well-constructed, sturdy little egg sandwich. How cute and deliciousioso. My orange juice could have been filled a bit more, and the service was not very upbeat, but would you be upbeat at 7am on a rainy Monday morning at the airport?

Long lines, but they move fairly quickly. Clean establishment. Modern feel, fresh food

McDonalds is McDonald’s but I was happy that they made an iced coffee with caramel– not on menu. Staff was friendly. And the iced coffee was good. It was also cheaper than expected. If you’re in a hurry they were great.

I’d give zero if I could! They wanted to charge me 27cents for hot sauce for my cold old fries! But the guy before me asked for two and paid nothing! I walked away and said good luck! It’s not about the money. I have frequented McDonalds and never paid for condiments! The employees seemed tired and miserable and serving cold old food. Period!

Probably one of the slowest airport McDonalds locations I have been to. It was nearly 4pm on a Friday and pretty dead, but there were tons of people just waiting for their food and no line to order. I could hear the constant BEEPBEEPBEEP of the machines in the back, and having worked at McDonalds before I know what that means. It means stuff is ready to go but that the staff manning the grill(was there only one person back there?) is not keeping up. My fries were hot and crispy(the most important thing with McDonalds) but my cheeseburger was lukewarm.

A basic, nothing-special airport McDonald’s. I didn’t have the same headaches that Joshua(the other reviewer, as of this writing) did. My order was input, processed, and delivered with the same level of rudimentary competence I have come to expect from the McDonalds chain. Food quality was normal. Physical plant looked clean. An OK fast-food dining experience.

You order from a McDonald’s in an airport, and you have certain expectations. Higher prices(over a dollar for single cheeseburgers), brain dead worker drones that passed the background check to work in an airport, no free refills, awkward queues, and food that’s not as fresh if they’re not as busy. This location had all of that! I was really craving a «cheap» burger, which really refers more to the generalized quality and price, if not the exact trade value equivalent of a hot sandwich in an airport, and there wasn’t a Burger King in this terminal. So, Mickey D’s it was. I arrived at an off-peak time, evidenced by the presence of one bleary-eyed young man rooted to his cash register like he’d taken root, a solitary line cook and the manager, who was making drinks and filling orders – basically, most of the work. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder, and asked for the habañero ranch sauce to be substituted. The first problem occurred when the young man didn’t know how to input that order. Having worked at McDonald’s, I know it’s s matter of finding the button that says«Add Habañero Sauce» under the modification menu. He didn’t look for it; he instead muttered to himself, looked dazedly back at me, and called for help. The sandwich came out more slowly than I’d expected, since they were slow and didn’t have to cook the meat to fill the order. They also gave only a small dollop of the sauce I ordered, which was an upcharge to boot. I came back and spoke to the manager, who apologized and have me one of their habañero sauce packets to rectify the situation. All in all, the burger wasn’t fresh and the service was lackadaisical, though they did make right their error so I had to include that. Should have gone back to the Japanese joint on this visit, though.
