I think Keihls products are good. But I bought the powerful wrinkle reducing cream and it worked great. Then I bought it again with Sunblock and it made my skin look horrible. I called the store to explain and the salesperson was sort of unconcerned. He was like did you buy it from our main store or from another store. I’m like does it matter? It’s your product duh!

The black guy and the girl with big glasses are very disrespectful. The guy didn’t say goodbye, he was just pushing the samples on me, even though I told them I had to go. He should be fired. I’ll never come back to this place.

I’m a little ashamed of how much money I spend at this place. They’re like drug dealers, always pushing free samples on you and getting you hooked on a new must-have product. I mean this in the most affectionate way possible. I love Kiehl’s. They cover 100% of my skincare needs these days, much to the chagrin of my wallet. I will say, though, that most of their products are such high quality that you don’t need a lot, so they last a long time. Example: I used to use Oil of Olay anti-aging moisturizer, at about $ 20 a pop, and I would need to buy one every 2 – 3 months. Now I use the Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Moisturizer at $ 40 a pop but it lasts at least 6 months. Plus it’s better in every way. My skin is always looking fresh these days! Be sure to ask specifically for the sample you want when you make a purchase. They’ll give you at least 4 – 6 packets of products to try(which I love for when I’m travelling!) and if you make friends with the staff they’ll even slip you a deluxe sample every now and again. I got a deluxe sample of their Rosa Arctica moisturizer that lasted me 2 months at least. And now I pay the obscene $ 60+ for a full-size pot about once a year… That’s how they get you!

Yes, Kiehl’s has good products but I have found the staff at this store underwhelming. They are pretty stingy with samples. When I’m spending over $ 150 I don’t expect to be told they are out of samples of a product.(Which I’ve heard more than once at this location.) Also, Kiehl’s rewards program is a joke. I had well over the required points to receive a reward and never got it. Apparently a bunch of my rewards points where never registered.

Since my early teens, I have been skincare-obsessed and have found that Kiehl’s products are both effective and cost-effective. Over the years, I have used La Prairie, La Mer and Chanel’s moisturizers, but I have found Kiehl’s Super Multi-Corrective Cream to be an all-round superior product. When a leading dermatologist exclaims, «You don’t have a wrinkle to save your life,» while the vast majority of your peers do, you must be doing something right :-). As others have noted, the Liberty Place Kiehl’s is an intimate, light-filled space. The sales associates are incredibly helpful: They gently interrogated me about my skincare concerns and goals, and they offered several different approaches. It was a terrific shopping experience. If Kiehl’s could also apply its considerable talents to preventing the graying hair process, then that would be something!

Kiehls is the #1 skin care company in the world! I collaborate with them on seminars and its so much fun. I have been using the midnight recovery oil and cream and have seen huge skin benefit. I feel like any lines on my face have reduced. I love the ultimate hand solve to hydrate my hands in the winter. I also love the lip salve. Kiehls is my absolute favorite for products for healthy skin!!!

If you love Kiehl’s products, you deserve a trip to their store. Here you are going to talk with a team of individuals who know all the products on the line and have samples for everything they cover. Also, they have deals on products that you don’t see in the high end department stores that carry their products. Regarding the products, they are great. They are high quality with a great scent which is not overpowering. Take the trip and you won’t be sorry!

This is only a «pop-up» outpost. They hope to be back on Walnut within a year. Same great products and helpful staff but the lost a star due to cold feel of the store

About a year ago, I was strolling by and decided to pop in. I had been having skin woes, including some acne issues for over a year. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t get rid of it. I felt I needed a whole new régime. The gentleman working here, Tom, if my memory serves me right, listened to everything I had to say about my skin… what was happening, what I wanted, how my skin felt, etc. He was very patient. He tried things on my hands, and if I didn’t like the way it felt, he would try something else. He took the time to really help me. In the end, I walked out with a few basics to get me started, and some generous samples, too. Within a couple of days, my face felt so much better, and within a couple of weeks, my face was 90% clear. I have built up quite a Kiehl’s collection and my skin is great, except for the occasional breakout. I will never let any other products touch my skin!!! The great thing is, you can get by with just a few of the basics, or collect a treasure trove of products to choose from. I have loved every single product I’ve tried!

I was a little sad that they moved to this new location but I’m still a fan of Kiehl’s. The products works for me, affordable, and they have a wide range of selection for men and women. The staff are always knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer any questions. The free samples is such an incentive to really try to new products before making a commitment to purchase them.
