I observed a few things here. While the attention to the customer is admiral, there are times when there is a customer who wants something small and can be ignored.
Having two people, but only one is authorized to handle money, is very inefficient and makes no sense.
«Light ice» as a request means «a small amount of ice», not «a lot». This request was even repeated and it was still done wrong.

While it is a quick place to grab a bite during the week the prices are simply not worth it. For the same $ 8 i could have grab a larger sandwich some place else. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here for lunch. There are better places close by.
